Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay at Liberty Signa, but there were also several aspects that did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel in this price category.

The biggest disappointment for us was the food quality. While there was a large variety, especially in the main restaurant, the overall quality and taste were often below what we expected from a luxury Ultra All Inclusive resort. In addition, the Myra main restaurant was extremely crowded in the evenings, and it was sometimes difficult to find a table. This made the dining experience quite stressful.

We also experienced several smaller issues during our stay, including weak water pressure in the shower, problems with the TV remote, a stained ironing board and a delayed laundry service with poor communication. Most of these issues were eventually addressed by the hotel, but having several problems during one stay was disappointing.

On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The grounds, facilities, activities and evening shows were excellent.

A special mention goes to Isa and Batuhan, who were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly, attentive and professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Employees like them are a real asset to the hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but considering the price and the 5-star positioning of Liberty Signa, we expected noticeably better food quality and a smoother overall experience.

Pros:

Очень хорошая территория, номер идеально чистый, замечательная большая кровать. Еда в изобилии! В отель хочется вернутся. Несмотря на возникшую проблему при заселение. С нашей стороны потребовались усилия, и сотрудники отеля сумели решить проблему.

Cons:

Мы оплатили два Delux номера с джакузи на балконе но при заселении нам сказали, что это какая-то ошибка была при продаже и таких номеров в наличии нет. Вместо этого нам выдали семейные номера которые как нам объяснили по классу выше, но были абсолютно излишние для нас, потому что лучше было бы оплаченная джакузи чем две лишних ненужных кроватей в проходной комнате. Персонал предложил нам в качестве компенсации бесплатный массаж, однако спустя четыре часа после нескольких напоминаний выяснилось, что для нас он не недоступен в этот день. Тем не менее персонал пошёл нам навстречу, чтобы и в качестве компенсации обеспечил на бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is quite good, with good food, decent drinks, and well-maintained beach areas with comfortable sun loungers.
However, there are some areas that need improvement. In certain parts of the hotel, the facilities look somewhat neglected, and some of the furniture in the rooms is clearly in need of replacement or renovation.

Cons:

The biggest issue, in my opinion, is the lack of staff. There are very few employees in the cafés and restaurants, and guests often have to look for someone to get service. Unfortunately, the hotel staff also do not always seem sufficiently trained or prepared to provide the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving staff numbers, training, and the general maintenance of some areas would make the experience considerably better.

Superschoon goed personeel, het eten wat je krijg zijn merendeels restjes, je moet betalen voor de overige restaurants de prijs wat ik heb betaald voor een dat is meer dan 1000 euro
