Overall, this is a solid 5-star hotel and we had a wonderful holiday.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay! I want to sincerely thank the reception team,especially Sheyma for giving us a free upgrade that was such a nice surprise. The service overall is excellent.
The kids’ zone deserves a special mention – it has everything, and my child absolutely loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to include some evening programs for younger children (2–3 years old), since most activities were for ages 6+.
The food was delicious from the main dishes to the desserts and snacks, everything was great. The beach and pools were fantastic, and the water slides were also a lot of fun.

Cons:

The only drawback was that there was no first aid kit at reception when my child hurt his foot, we were told they didn’t have a medical kit available.

We had an amazing stay at Liberty Signs Hotel! The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and the hotel had everything we needed — great food, beautiful rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t even feel the need to leave, as everything was perfect right here. Can’t wait to come back!

Enkel het personeel in groot restaurant

Op foto’s lijkt het mooi maar de faciliteiten zijn niet naar behoren als het regent stroom het water overal heen personeel van housekeeping en receptie amateurs was spullen kwijt in de kamer ze schuiven het naar elkaar niemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt

Наш номер был с выходом у бассейна для взрослых. Практически каждую ночь врубали музыку на пляже и невозможно было заснуть часов до 2х

Klasik herşey dahil sistemine bambaşka bir bakış açısı sunulmuş. Snack bar yerine et ve balık olarak 2 farklı Snack restaurantda menüden istediklerinizi sipariş vererek masaya özel servis olarak hizmet alabiliyorsunuz ve tüm yiyecekler gerçekten çok lezzetli. Dışarıdaki bir çok restaurantlarda bile o lezzeti bulamıyorsun.
Ayrıca 7/24 Hizmet veren Ana restaurant dışında da istediğiniz saatte geniş menüsü bulunan başka bir restaurantın olmasıda çok iyiydi.
Oda konforu, tesis olanakları gerçekten çok iyiydi. Personel güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Personel biraz fazla dalgın. Verdiğiniz siparişin gelmesi uzun sürüyor. Özelikle Timeless restaurant personelinde bu çok fazlaydı. Örnek olarak çorbaya limon istedim geldiğinde çorbam soğumuştu nerdeyse. Ana restaurantta istediğim çay bile zaman zaman çok geç geldi.Tatre ve Okeanos restaurant da durum farklı değildi. Sanırım sezon sonu yorgunluğu olarak bunu anlamaya çalışsamda çok fazla olması dikkatimi çekti.

Bunun dışında Animasyon ekibini havuzda sabah sporu dışında hiç etkin görmedim. Kendi aralarında bile iletişim eksikliği var. 29 Ekim kutlamaları hakkında bilgi almak için soru sorduğum animatörün verdiği bilgi ile uygulanan etkinlik bambaşkaydı. Ayrıca her günün programı günlük çıkıyor. Ertesi günün programı hakkında hiçbir bilgi alamıyorsunuz ve bunu resepsiyon dahil hiç bir departman bilmiyor. En azından akşam showlarında çıkan ekiplerin bilgisi 2-3 günlük periyotlarda verilebilirdi.
