Pros:

Wir haben drei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und wurden sehr sauber gehalten – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, sodass man schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Empfang und den Service. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen sofort und kompetent weitergeholfen.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Nice located and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is very beautiful.

Cons:

The room we got at first was bellow the ground floor and smelled like smoke (tobacco). For a very fair price the manager offered us a spacious apartment instead - we were very happy about that.
There was no daily room cleaning/replacement of towels.

Emplacement idéal mais un peu sommaire!
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal! La taille de la chambre et le personnel sympa!

Cons:

Les joints de la salle de bain étaient sales, il n’y avait pas trop de luminosité dans la chambre même avec les lumières. Le ménage n’est pas fait chaque jour et le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute zentrale Lage mit Restaurants, Cafés, etc. in nächster Nähe. Unser Apartment war sehr groß und geräumig. Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Preis Leistung war super.

If any chance, we will come again.
Pros:

Very nice expierence. Like home. The host offer more than our expectation. Take care of my son for breakfast, and help us to wash clothes. Highly recommend!

Perfetta sosta per godersi il centro di Urla
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione comoda rispetto al centro di Urla, si raggiunge in due minuti a piedi. Il personale è estremamente accogliente e gentile, ci hanno anche consigliato spiagge e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La camera in cui alloggiavo era Budget mentre i miei amici hanno alloggiato in una camera normale.
La camera era in un basement, che rispetto alle altre era buia e senza molta aria (per fortuna c’era l’aria condizionata!). Anche il bagno era molto piccolo rispetto a quello dei nostri amici.

La posizione è ottima e lo staff accogliente. Ma attenzione alle differenze delle camere

La struttura è centrale e lo staff molto gentile

Cons:

Purtroppo non ho realizzato di aver prenotato una camera budget. E abbiamo passato tre giorni in un seminterrato con odore di umidità e un bagno non eccezionale.
