Very confortable and modern apartment in the city center of urla
Pros:

Very modern, better than the pictures, spacious, AC, lots of light, amazing location, and nice staff

Cons:

The kitchenette vas very poor equipped: only a fridge, a sink, a water heater, two spoons, two cups, a big wooden spoon and a soup spoon. No glass, not a single plate, knife, fork… You cannot even have a cold meal there because there was nothing.

Comodo soggiorno presso un'ottima struttura moderna e pulita.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dai distretti pedonali di Urla, pieni di ristoranti e negozi. Le nostre camere erano molto confortevoli, moderne e pulite, esattamente quello che ci serviva. Se mai tornassi a Urla, considererei sicuramente di ritornare qui. Lo staff inoltre era molto gentile, disponibile e accomodante.

Comfortable and affordable stay in the center of Urla. The staff is very kind and our room was fine.

Cons:

Even though street parking is free; we had trouble finding a free spot when we arrived. It was easier to find a spot in the evening though.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel am Rande der schönen Altstadt von Urla. Eine Altstadt die es Spass macht zu entdecken. Und besonders hervorzuheben im Hotel: das sehr nette Personal. Hier würde ich immer wieder übernachten.

Wir haben drei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und wurden sehr sauber gehalten – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, sodass man schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Empfang und den Service. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen sofort und kompetent weitergeholfen.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Nice located and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is very beautiful.

Cons:

The room we got at first was bellow the ground floor and smelled like smoke (tobacco). For a very fair price the manager offered us a spacious apartment instead - we were very happy about that.
There was no daily room cleaning/replacement of towels.
