- großer Kühlschrank
- tolles gemütliches Bett
- super sauber
- unglaublich freundliche Gastfamilie die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt
- reichhaltiges abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (jeden Tag ein anderes hausgemachtes Gebäck/Kuchen/Pancakes)
- abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit ausreichend Parkplätzen
- Traumhafter Ausblick

Dinge die man wissen sollte:
- man hört zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit irgendetwas: Hunde, Grillen, den Hahn, Enten, Schafe Kühe Ziegen mit Glocken, Autos
- Man darf kein Toilettenpapier ins Klo werfen, stattdessen gibt es einen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Als Paar echt schwierig....

Linda, que buena tu compañía!
Pros:

Ubicación cerca de todo lo importante en coche de la rivera albanesa y Blue eyes ( Max de 1,20h en viaje hasta cualquiera punto). Una estancia con buen desayuno y habitación muy adecuada. La casera llamada Linda nos atendió desde el primer momento hasta nuestra salida de la mejor manera.

Le petit déjeuner est un buffet qui est correcte mais avec un manque de qualité dans les produits

Nous avons eu de bien meilleure rapport qualité prix pendant notre séjour. Le logement fait un peu « vieux » et pourrait être un peu plus clean.

Pros:

Pretty view. Linda was very nice and accommodating.
The place is in 1 hour distance to both Himarë and Sarande so easy to get to both places while staying in a quiet area. Also 1 hour to ksamil and blue eye

Cons:

We had two rooms and one of them was at the top level which was far with no elevator.
Also we didn't have enough towels for three people and the extra bed we had to move to be able to use the electricity plug.

Staff, Linda was great :) View from the room, garden :) Also location was nice you can visit few beautiful beaches.

Cons:

I was expecting room to be clean everyday, and to change our towels. But didn't happen. And bathroom was a bit smelly and ventilator in bathroom was a bit noisy .

Çok güzel bir 4 gece geçirdik. Manzarası mükemmel. Yatakları rahat. Oda oldukça geniş. Linda sohbeti çok güzel ve çok ilgili bir işletme sahibi. Tavsiyesi üzerine gittiğimiz bunec beachte tatilimizin en sakin ve keyifli yüzme deneyimimizi yaşadık. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da her zevke hitap eden sade ve yeterli bir çeşitlilik sunuyor.

Cons:

Banyo kapısı daha mat bir malzeme ile kaplanabilir. Buz dolabı biraz daha sessiz ve küçük olursa daha şık ve konforlu olur.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seaview Hotel Bunec, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip to Albania.
The view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea just a few steps from your door is an experience in itself.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They were always available to help with local recommendations, arrange transport, or simply share a friendly conversation.
