Très bon emplacement et beaux extérieurs. Séjour agréable
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à environ 10 minutes en bus du centre, avec un accès direct à la plage par une rue privée. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques, les lits confortables et la climatisation très efficace. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et très à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner agréable, avec peu de choix salés, ce qui est assez normal en Italie.

Globalement, un séjour agréable, surtout pour l’emplacement, les extérieurs et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

En revanche, les chambres sont très peu équipées et assez anciennes. Pas de frigo, sauf avec un supplément, ce qui était vraiment dommage avec 40 °C. L’armoire, avec seulement deux cintres, était quasiment inutilisable pour trois personnes. Il manquait notamment une petite table ou un support pour poser les valises. La salle de bain mériterait également d’être rénovée.

Piacevole soggiorno a Ischia
Pros:

Personale gentile e disponibile. Le due ragazze alla reception sempre pronte a dare informazioni e soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il collaboratore che stava di notte, Donato, sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Lavoratore instancabile. Struttura nelle vicinanze di alcune spiagge tra cui quella di Citara, raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre a poca distanza ci sono le fermate dei bus. La piscina, relax totale. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Super hôtel , charmant ! Le personnel jour / nuit serviable et disponible … la piscine très bien , le calme de hôtel à proximité de l’arrêt de bus qui permet d’aller partout ! Le petit déjeuner était bon,

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole, l’hotel immerso nel verde in una posizione tranquilla e rilassante. La piscina è ben curata, pulita e perfetta per trascorrere momenti di relax. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile disponibile cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Anche la colazione è stata apprezzata

I liked the private path to the beach ( shortcut )
Pool was very nice.
The staff were nice and helpful, but their kindness simply was not enough to make up for the poor condition of the property.

Cons:

The property has big potential and a nice garden, but desperately needs money spent on it. The rooms are very poor, and simple cosmetic update is not enough to fix the issues. The bathrooms had noticeable , unpleasant smell.
Outside, the garden itself is nice but not neat at all. The stairs leading down to private path are neglected and covered in lots of mess from the tree droppings. The breakfast was really basic and lacked of vegetables.
While reviews prepared me for a place that needed a bit of updating, the actual condition of the rooms was incredibly poor.
We stayed in the family rooms on the ground floor, perhaps the other rooms are in better condition...
