El desayuno. Aunque esto no es muy relevante teniendo cocina en el apartamento.

am 2. Tag am Nachmittag war unser Zimmer überschwemmt. Das ganze Apartment war mindestens 5cm hoch mit Wasser voll. Die Betten waren dadurch zum teil nass. Die Zisterne wurde befüllt und nicht rechtzeitig gestoppt. Der Vorfall ereignete sich nach 18 Uhr. Vom Personal war nur der Sicherheitsmann Vorort. Dieser hatte versucht alles zu trocknen. Wir baten den Sicherheitsmann uns mit dem Management zu verbinden, da es gesundheitlich nicht vertretbar war in der Unterkunft zu bleiben. Keiner vom Management wollte mit uns sprechen. wir hatten sogar dem Sicherheitsmann beim trocken geholfen in der Hoffnung das jemand vom Management sich melden würde, um die Optionen zu besprechen. Ich hatte Booking angerufen, aber auch die Konnten niemanden mit Entscheidungsfähigkeit erreichen. Daher haben wir uns um 23Uhr entschieden (das Apartment war immer noch nass) , in ein anderes Hotel zu ziehen. Wir warten auf die Rückerstattung der nicht genommenen Nächte. Das Management mit uns korrespondiert und nur falsche Aussagen uns gesendet (z.B. das sie uns ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten haben - was nicht stimmt!). Was gut Anfing ist leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung geworden und hat uns bis heute viel Zeit wegen der Recklamierung gekostet.

Nothing major to note!

Our scores on comfort and value are lower because of the following two factors. Knowing it could be hot in CDMX during our stay, we specifically picked an apartment with air conditioning. However, in our unit, the one air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. Unfortunately, we had very warm weather in CDMX our first 3-4 days. The apartment had 3 large floor fans/air purifiers, but those, of course, only moved air around. There are no shades in the living room so from morning until mid afternoon, the sun heated up the apartment. (We could close blinds in the bedroom which helped in the late afternoon for that room). Although the nights were cooler, the apar and the apartment remained uncomfortably warm until maybe 3am. After the first night, we went down to reception to report the air conditioning wasn't working. When we returned later that day, we were told it was broken and needed a part. It wouldn't be fixed for our 6 day stay. We asked if there was any kind of discount, but didn't receive one.

The second problem we encountered was very low water pressure. I have long hair so it took a very long time to rinse it out. Weirdly once for me at the end of a shower and twice, for my husband, the water pressure would suddenly improve and be very strong. It was as if a pump went on....? We understand water conservation and take pretty short showers...but that was impossible with the anemic water pressure our shower offered. Given no one else in reviews has mentioned this, we are unsure of whether this is a new issue or one associated with being on the top floor...

Toilet and toilet seat were loose. They didn't provide correct towels... had to ask. Had to ask for sufficient toilet paper. Hard to climb to 3rd floor... no elevator. No instructions for washer dryer in apartment.

The breakfast was mostly cookies, white sliced bread or packaged sweets. Coffee was okay.

Stairs to the top floor were a bit of a slog, but good exercise.

Balcony was a bust.

The pull out couch where my daughter slept was very uncomfortable.

the wifi is extremely slow and was very inconvenient for me! it didn't work in the bedroom! and the shower drain didn't drain all the way - there was also a huge puddle of water by the toilet when i checked in

Very dark. Insufficient lighting and not a lot of natural light.
Management tried twice to move our accomodation to another property ahead of arrival.

Need better lighting above the bathroom sink. Difficult to know when we were communicating with bookings.com or directly to the host.

They provided an information binder just before I left. It would have been nice to have had that early. I assume for others it will be now.

We hadden aan appartement in de kelder, dus miste de gezelligheid en uitzicht. Bed is heel kort dus niet geschikt voor mensen boven de 1,80 m

We were on the top floor in a bright apartment with everything we needed to be at home, adjacent to the terrace. We didn’t mind the steps. Get a better coffee maker please (there was a Netspresso) with a couple pods) and either abandon or upgrade breakfast.
