無人旅館我有住過，所以覺得入住手續相對繁雜很正常，還是很推薦大家來，cp值很不錯
Pros:

設備很新而且應有盡有，空間很大

Cons:

附近沒有商圈那麼熱鬧，但是位置離地鐵或公車站都很近，所以都要搭車去別的地方

역, 마트, 편의점, 맛집, 예쁜카페 도보 5분내로 다 있습니다.
오호리공원도 도보 15분이고 동네 자체에 관광객이 없어서 좋았습니다.
일본 특유의 고즈넉함을 느끼고싶으신 분들은 여기 숙소 강추합니다.

Pros:

Quiet location and fairly well equipped. Having a sofa and a separate bedroom (separated by a sliding door) was nice. 10 minute walk to the biggest/best park in the city.

Cons:

The sofa is too low and uncomfortable. Difficult to relax or get any work done because of how low it is. Also the balcony is pretty much useless because there's a loud road outside. No nice view and too noisy. Difficult to get to Tenjin/Daymio because the train station is 5 minutes away and the train stations are not ideal.

どこへ行くにも便利！
Pros:

昨年に引き続き2度目の滞在でした。
ロケーションは抜群です。バスに乗るなら複数のバス停が徒歩圏内にあります。地下鉄の駅は徒歩4分以内です。レンタル自転車（チャリチャリ）のポートも複数近くにあります。近くにコンビニやスーパーがあり、質の良い飲食店もたくさんあります。
室内はシンプルで落ち着いた雰囲気です。今回は大人二人で宿泊しましたが、ベッド、ソファベッド共に寝心地が良かったです。

Cons:

いすが２脚置いてあるのですが、残念ながら全く役に立ちませんでした。
写真ではキッチンのカウンターをテーブルがわりに使えるように見えたのですが、椅子の高さが全く合わないので使えず、リビングのテーブルは低いので、食事をするにも仕事をするにも床に座るしかなく、腰が痛くて長時間ゆっくりデスクワークをすることはできませんでした。

1感覺沒有打掃完整，看到留下前客人的浴巾。2洗衣機沒有烘乾的功能，下雨天不方便。

住宿地點很方便

Cons:

我剛到的時候
看到之前房客留下的一整籃的浴巾
我跟客服說了
他們都沒有反應也沒有來收
讓我覺得這樣一個晚上$6000台幣實在太貴
另外他們的洗衣機沒有烘衣的功能
烘衣服要去另外的1樓
如果想要更方便的住宿環境
可能不適合這裡。

まあまあ快適でした。
Pros:

ホリデーアパートメントです。清潔、モダンな内装で、必要なものはある程度、揃っていました。特に食器類は完備されていました。洗面台は広くて使いやすかったです。浴室も使いやすかったです。電気のコンセントは十分な数があり、USBポートもあってよかったです。ベランダもあってよかったです。浴室乾燥システムは非常に便利でした。ロケーションは、期待通りに良かったです。

Cons:

申し訳ありませんが、沢山あります。ダイニングテーブルがない代わりに、キッチンのカウンターがありましたが、それに見合う椅子が低くて座る部分も小さく子供用のような木製の椅子で、食事には全然適していません。身長の高い外国人である夫は、食事に苦労しました。アイロンとアイロン台がありませんでした。台所で使う茶碗ふきや台ふきがありませんでした。洗濯用洗剤がありませんでした。ベランダがあるのは非常に良かったですが、お掃除されていないようで、念のために拭いたら真っ黒でした。トースターがありませんでした。スーツケースを置く折り畳みの台、バスタオル掛け、雨天の時のゲスト用の傘、があれば良いと思います。上記のアイロン、アイロン台、トースター、洗濯機用洗剤、ゲスト用の傘、台所のふきん類、これらは、このホテルの前に利用したおおよそ同額の東京のアパートメントには完備されていました。改善していただければ、もっとこのアパートメントの価値が上がると思われます。

Such a great stay, that I wanted to stay longer!
Pros:

This room was exactly what you would hope for, like your own little apartment stay.

The room was pretty well set up, I really like that you can close the sliding doors to the bedroom area. The room was warm, comfortable, clean, and modern. The bathroom dryer system is extremely convenient for those wanting to do washing during your stay.

Great location for walking distance to train station but also was able to walk to Ohori Park and surrounding areas easily.

Cons:

There was only one packet of single use washing liquid, it would have been nice to have a couple available.

There were no sharp knives that I could find, I wanted to cut an apple but there was nothing in the cutlery draw suitable for that task.
