夜間の自動車音が大丈夫ならとてもおすすめ！
Pros:

・駅や商業施設から近い。
・ハンガーに加えて大きなピンチハンガーも用意されていて、掃除機もあり、家に居るかのように不自由しなかった。
・大きくて使いやすい洗面台、脱衣所や台所の広さも余裕があり、よい間取りだった。
・床や机など、大事なところはとても綺麗に掃除されていて、居心地が良かった。
・子どもが足音を立ててしまい、真下の階がピラティススタジオなのがありがたかった。
・チェックインもチェックアウトも非常にスムーズだった。

Cons:

・大きな道に面しているので夜間の走行音がすごかった。
・洗濯機は埃も全くなく綺麗に見えたが、洗ってみたら海苔のようなゴミが付いた。槽洗浄したらたくさん汚れが浮いたのでびっくりした。(毎日宿泊客がいたら確かになかなか洗浄できないだろうと思ったので、いい教訓になった。)
・暖房をつけたら31度設定になっていたが、実際効きがイマイチだった。

Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes from the Ropponmatsu station. Washer worked great, the drying function of the bath dried clothes quickly. Bedding and towels were clean.

Cons:

There were initially some issues with surface cleanliness (counter, fridge, floors) but the staff were able to remedy this quickly.

Pros:

立地はよかった。

Cons:

・チェックイン時に代表者以外の全員の個人情報の入力と顔写真の撮影を求められた。全員の顔写真と住所や電話番号がなぜ必要なのか分からなかったし個人情報を抜き取られるんじゃないかと思い非常に不愉快だった。
・キッチンにあった食器を使おうとしたら、お茶碗にご飯粒がこびりついたままでゾッとした。他にも汚れてる食器があった。

綺麗だし広めでした。
家みたいにゆっくりできていい場所でした！

チェックインも時間かかるかと思いきやオペレーターさんに繋げて顔確認するだけで楽でした！

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Très propre. Dans un quartier agréable

Cons:

La procédure de Check-in était très pénible (1 fois en ligne, puis une fois à la porte et encore une fois à la porte en live par vidéo avec un réceptionniste à distance, tout ça en prenant à chaque fois en photo passeport et notre visage).
Le canapé-lit n’était pas du tout confortable. Nous étions un couple avec un bébé, donc ça allait. Mais ça me paraît très petit, surtout le lit double, pour 4 personnes

建物新穎，交通便利
Pros:

區位便利，週遭生活機能佳。建物新穎，設備大致完善，爐具相當適合煮食。無線網路品質不錯，電視連網功能佳。這類無前臺住宿的清潔品質基本上就是開盲盒碰運氣，還好這次尚有70分水準，需要自己動手加強清理但無傷大雅。垃圾桶雖大但中途不會收垃圾，因此建議連住五晚以上時要審慎控制垃圾量。晾衣架夠用，衣服洗好後在浴室掛起來開強乾燥三至四小時就會乾了，天天洗衣也不會覺得麻煩。雖然只有附一小包液體洗衣精，但到附近超市補貨是很簡便的。

Cons:

入住手續繁瑣，即便在網路上已經填寫表單跟上傳文件圖檔，到了現場還是要對著平板再重複所有的程序，只有省下一部分重複填寫的功夫而已。抵達時已經天黑，中文視訊客服已下班，英文視訊客服要等候，於是以N5.5的破爛日文完成視訊確認程序。

Great place to stay in Japan.
Pros:

Very convenient as it's an apartment. The bathroom is much bigger than any other bathroom in a normal hotel in Japan. The heater is exceptional.

Cons:

It's a little bit inconvenient to wait until 15:00 for check in.
