The location is good, but the owner is a rip of liar … we had no toilet seat ( was broken) , we had no internet ( had to buy our own) and on the last few days, we have to charge the tap water if we wanted to take a shower…
The lady doesn’t even answer a call, maybe 2 times… she promises everything, but didn’t do anything about any problems..

I like the proximity of the property to Davao airport and also to Samal Island Wharf. The property is equipped with things you need for a comfortable stay. There was also a washing machine that the guests could use. I did not have to use it , but great to have, if you needed to do some clothes washing. The water dispenser (hot & cold) was a plus for me. You can cook in the property and cooking utensils, etc.., are all provided. It’s a two-bedroom place. I had a family friend staying with me for a night and Jennalyn (the owner) did not have a problem with her staying .
The toilet flushing system was not working. I had to use a “mop bucket” to alleviate the problem. To be fair to the owners, they offered to fix the problem.., but I was out on tour daily and I decided to just keep using the bucket (which did the job). I was also looking for a hair dryer but not too worried in end , about it. The other thing that could also help was a towel rack/hook in the bathroom.

Beware. We were about to check in, we are a family with an infant, brought our luggages and stuffs. When we arrived in the room, other guests are inside and the same day is their checked in. It was chaotic, when we contacted the owner, she doesn't know also why they were inside. When we asked the guest, she said the property was listed on Facebook and got the confirmation on the same date. Which very inconvenient, though the owner provided alternative room , we agreed to stay as we already wasted time to arrive on the property location and it was raining and late at night already. The alternative room is not worth the price we paid.
This place is gorgeous and clean. The property owner is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I booked this place in Sasa to be close to the ferry to Samal Island. I definitely recommend it and will book again.
