Ottimo compromesso
Pros:

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia al 3 piano. L’appartamento è comodo, a 2/3 min a piedi dalla linea Rossa Marunouchi. La linea è a due fermati da Shinjuku station dove puoi prendere poi la Yamamote line ( linea verde).

Cons:

Un appunto un po alla pulizia. Ma comunque nel complesso siamo stati bene.

나쁘지 않았던 숙소 Aizumi hostel
Pros:

요쓰야산초케 역까지 도보 5분 거리라서, 도쿄 시내의 여러 곳들에 대한 접근성이 매우 뛰어남. 숙소는 청결한 편이었고, 호스트의 상세한 안내가 마음에 들었음. 특히 숙소 예약과 사용관련된 정보를 정확히 얻을 수 있어서 좋았음.

Cons:

우리는 2층을 썼는데, 3층에 묵었던 외국인들이 너무 시끄럽게 쿵쿵댐. 방음이 잘 안되는 측면이 있기 때문에 층간 소음에 대해서 좀 자유롭고 싶으면 아예 3층을 예약하는 것을 추천함. 와이파이가 예상보다 좀 약하고... 방음 문제는 좀 아쉬움. 건물구조와 규모상 엘레베이터가 없기 때문에, 좁은 계단에서 다른 팀이 내려올 때 캐리어 부딛치는 소리가 좀 시끄러웠음.

Really good value!
Pros:

Everything as pictured. Easy check-in instructions no fuss. Great location and really good size room for Tokyo! Beds and pillows were comfortable (which is rare in Japan). Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really. A full size mirror would be great :)

Great location, huge space and well priced in a safe quite location.
Pros:

Huge room for Tokyo and well set up for families with two larger double beds and a large footprint, nice quite area but very close to the trains for easy access. Nice to have a decent sized bathroom and separate laundry for washing your clothes while travelling. Very happy and would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

A sign would be good if possible on the door and building as it wasn't super easy to find initially in the dark.

Divertente ed entusiasmante

La struttura era accogliente e soprattutto spaziosa, cosa rara a Tokyo

Cons:

La struttura è fredda, a novembre dovevamo accendere la sera e la mattina il riscaldamento a temperature elevate poiché non si riusciva a stare neanche in felpa.

Cons:

Dirty stairs to enter the property, partially clean floor inside. Street could air coming from outside due to door gap, no tv service. Hard mattress. Basic facility
