Bon hôtel , super petit dej, sécurisé mais très bruyant
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est top, le personnel, c'est tres sécurisé, la piscine mais qui est non chauffée, le bar a tout heure. L'emplacement est parfait, les magasins justes a côté, l'eglise, stade de sport,

Cons:

Les chambres côté rue, beaucoup de bruits même la nuit. hotel en travaux, très bruyant, pas de tapis de douche. Les tv ne fonctionnaient pas, aucune chaine.

Let the lovely Sonia and her fabulous team at the Virunga Hotel look after you. From organising tours to the Mountain Gorillas 🦍 in the Volcano National Park to a delicious meal in their restaurant. My room was comfortable, immaculately clean and quiet. The hotel is in the heart of the CBD within a few minutes walk of shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, bus station, banks and pharmacies. The swimming pool looks lovely and makes for great wedding photos.

Good for the price
Pros:

They are building a whole new part of this hotel, construction is only during the day so its no big deal since you'll be out most the day. I did the canoe trip down the river and golden monkeys - both really great. The hotel is right downtown and they are so organized to have breakfast ready to go at 6am (before I got picked up at 6.15am) they had put me in a room i didn't really like and they were happy to change it which was better. Lady serving Breakfast was awesome and it was actually really good breakfast
