De kamer was prachtig , alleen hele kleine kleding kast meeste kleding moest in de koffer blijven

Cons:

Het ontbijt...je mag alleen kiezen uit koffie en een croissant elke dag weer ! ...je mag 2 koffie pp en kan kiezen uit croissant chocolade, of crème of naturel en het zijn geen verse croissants

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable avec une très belle piscine (en supplément 10 € par personne). Plutôt comme un hôtel-relais, les prix sont très démocratique avec petit déjeuner classique : juste café ou capuccino avec croissant.

Cons:

La publicité mensongère, nous avons choisi cette hôtel car il était muni de borne à recharge pour voitures électrique. A notre arrivée on nous fait comprendre qu'il est en panne. Dernière soirée on voit une voiture italienne en train de charger et le système fonctionnait très bien on avise la direction et la les bornes sont à nouveaux obsolètes suite à notre intervention : est-ce que c'est parce que je suis belge ???.
L'eau de la douche impossible de régler la température pour avoir une chaleur constante. Ça allait du froid, tiède, chaud et bouillant en quelques secondes. Nous avons avisé cela à la réception mais sans réaction ou solution de leur part pour la chambre108...

Pros:

L'albergo si presenta come nelle foto ,dal vivo molto più bello... Siamo rimasti a entusiasti per la bellezza,pulizia soprattutto per "nel dettaglio" di ogni suo angolo.
Trovato per caso ,ci ritornemo spesso!
Materasso Memory cuscini confort ,un design unico ed eccellente.
Colazione in camera... Tutto perfetto peccato per averci solo dormito e nn aver usi della piscina dell' hotel ,molto invitante.
Perianale molto professionale ed elegante,educato ed ambiente pulitissimo.

Pros:

Accommodation was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was served to the room every morning. Room was cleaned daily. We didn't use the swimming pool so I cannot comment on that. We were very pleased with everything.

Tutto. È la quarta volta che veniamo in questa meravigliosa struttura. E’ uno dei hotel piu belli della campania, super moderna, spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Il personale sono super gentili e disponibili. Ritorneremo altre mille volte sicuramente!

Cons:

Siamo state anche in piscina oltre il soggiorno. Purtroppo oggi siamo state un poco sfortunate perché sono arrivate delle famiglie con dei bambini. Due bimbi maschi si tuffavano anche vicino ai presenti in piscina schizzando acqua dappertutto e disturbando la quiete, vedendo la strafottenza dei genitori, ho dovuto segnalare la situazione alla ragazza della reception e hanno subito provveduto.

Teleurstelling

Het was schoon

Cons:

Medewerkers deden geen moeite om met je te kunnen communiceren, zelfs toen we een verraalapp aanboden.
We kregen in de ochtend alleen koffie en een croissant, terwijl we later zagen dat Italiaanse gasten een uitgebreid ontbijt kregen.
Manager komt de afspraken niet na.
Ze verhuren het zwembad, daardoor is het steeds erg druk en heb je als hotelgast geen ruimte.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata, personale gentile e disponibile. Camera confortevole e ottima piscina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo volentieri.

Struttura stupenda.
Pros:

La struttura è nuova e tutto funzionante, la suite il top...ideale per relax e tranquillità.

Cons:

Tutto ok, unico consiglio di migliorare l entusiasmo del personale e magari un sorriso in piu. Per rendere eccellente questa struttura stupenda.

Pros:

Magnifique établissement qui mérite largement une 4eme étoile

L’architecture du bâtiment
Le parking
La piscine, les transats, les lits extérieurs
Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, très confortables, très bien décorées
Le personnel est absolument adorable (il y a tjs qqn à l’accueil qui vous renseigne avec le sourire) et la propriétaire est à l’écoute
Le pdj est servi en chambre tous les matins

Beaucoup de bars, restaurants et commerces autour de l’hôtel
Les plages sont à 5 - 10 minutes en voiture
