Terrible customer service!

Cons:

Water leaked from upstairs into the room, they placed a large garbage can and towel on the floor to catch water. Did not offer to reduce room charges then complained that took many towels were used ?

Spider in the bed.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly

Cons:

Upon arriving in the room , we pulled the covers back and there was a spider in the bed. I took a picture of it and took it to the front desk and was only offered some fresh sheets to put on the bed myself. When asked if I could be accommodated with the price, I was told that they would leave a note to discount my “next stay”. There will not be a next stay.

Pros:

First time staying here. The cottage was excellent, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. It's across the road from the beach with is great.

Cons:

The water in the front bathroom wouldn't get hot and the tub faucet kept leaking.

It was very comfortable for my one night stay! VERY CLEAN!! just outdated a little !
