Die überfüllten Müllcontainer, an denen man immer vorbeilaufen muss.
Der Check in, wir waren 1 Stunde früher da und wir empfanden den Empfang von der Dame an der Rezeption unfreundlich.
Kein Getränk zum Empfang. Sie war genervt und das hat uns direkt verwirrt.
Wir sind noch eine Stunde herumgelaufen und danach war unser Zimmer bereit. Das ist auch absolut ok aber trotzdem wünsche ich mir einen freundlichen Empfang.
Der Teppichboden war voller Haare, das habe ich bemängelt und es wurde nochmal gesaugt.

1. ACs were not working for the entire duration of our stay, asked to change to a different room and when we went to check before moving to that room, the ACs were not working there as well. It was hot and we were very uncomfortable
2. Breakfast was okayish, the hotel featured in the times best places or something but did not have oat or almond milk for coffee. Was surprising
3. Asked for housekeeping but it didn’t happen
4. When we expressed concern and frustration with the staff, they were not empathetic and were very defensive, especially the lady in the morning. She was rude, shouldn’t have such people at the front desk
Ruined the experience for us.

Nothing

The heating wasn't so good. I got sick because the heating was central AC and there is always a fan that blows air. Also TV didn't work, neither live TV or Internet so I can broadcast from my phone

Garage könnte für manchen Fahrer ein Problem werden. In Garage viele Platz aber die Einfahrt ist sehr eng. Mit VW Bus könnte problematisch werden überhaupt rainzukommen

the room ceiling is low and narrow, the bathroom is very small, the refrigerator was hot, the TV didn't work, the room service wasn't good, the parking fee is very expensive, there's no cooperation between the restaurant and the hotel, and the breakfast is very boring. It's not suitable for families.

Det absolut enda som finns att anmärka på är frukosten. Utbudet var litet begränsat och framförallt så var det extremt utplockat om man inte var på plats tidigt och påfyllningen gick väldigt långsamt.

Considering it's a new building it's a little surprising that it can only do either heating or cooling, but as above staff seem used to dealing with this. Otherwise no complaints!

Unfortunately we found the staff to be untrained and badly managed. The breakfast staff had no idea what they were doing or how to engage with the type of people staying at such a well presented professional hotel. I feel they let the hotel down and badly represent the business model of the establishment and personally I would terminate their contract immediately.
We noticed other guests looking disappointed and undervalued because of the poor service received.
I would stay again but improvements where not made I would complain to management directly and ask for a reduction to my bill .

We had a slightly awkward situation at breakfast, where my friend wanted drip coffee, but there wasn’t any. So she ordered an Americano, but asked the barista how he made it — intending to ask for a weaker coffee with more water. He responded that he knew how to make an Americano. She was left feeling embarrassed. The intention was simply to ask for it on the weaker side.
I believe misunderstandings, especially due to different cultures and languages, can happen. And those who work with diverse people should have a little more tact when responding.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
