Saraybosna seyahati için tercih edilebilecek bir otel
Pros:

Otel oldukça temiz, personel yardımseverdi. Konum merkeze yakındı.

Cons:

Her ne kadar merkeze yakın olsa da otele ulaşmak için yokuş çıkmak gerekiyor. Zemin kat biraz gürültülüydü. Oda çok küçüktü.

Great location but unlikely to stay in that Hotel again
Pros:

Location and friendliness of reception staff

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and some of the staff were just hanging around doing nothing

Unfortunately the one meal we had was cold and bland and very overpriced, However the waitress was very good and apologetic

Great little place, but my room was quite small
Pros:

Very clean, very good breakfast, very good location (although up a hill).

Cons:

The room was quite small, and I had all my ski equipment, so it was tricky. Toilet very close to wall. It's a long walk up from the lower part of the old town.

Great stay at the heart of the city
Pros:

Very clean, beautiful hotel. Location is excellent as well - very close to all attractions in the city center. Staff is very kind and polite as well.

Cons:

I got the single room downstairs which was pretty noisy as people walked right by the window, all the time.
Also, restaurant was not operational in April - except for breakfast. I didn’t see that mentioned explicitly anywhere

Modern boutique hotel in quiet yet central location
Pros:

Boutique hotel opened in 2024, situated just above the old town (Baščaršija) on a quiet hillside – just a few minutes’ walk from the main sights, but away from the immediate bustle.

The design uses a lot of natural materials and warm tones. Our room was generously sized and well equipped, with an Nespresso machine, USB sockets and good quality toiletries. The bathroom was compact but had everything needed.

The front desk is staffed around the clock, and the team was friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast stands out for using real local products: proper cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread in various varieties, with eggs available à la carte. Coffee is excellent – both Bosnian and Italian style.

Overall a beautifully designed hotel with warm, attentive service.

Cons:

One small suggestion: the juice at breakfast felt more like a diluted syrup than an actual fruit juice – upgrading this would round off an otherwise excellent breakfast spread.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, the staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were sparkling clean! I can highly recommend Baskuca to anyone who wants to visit Sarajevo and wants to experience Bosnian & Turkish atmosphere and cuisine!

Simply excellent
Pros:

A great location, modern high quality fixtures and fittings, a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome! The staff without exception were excellent

Cons:

Nothing major - the TV doesn’t allow streaming. Our room was in the attic so lots of bumps on the head!But I think this must be one of the best hotels in Sarajevo.

Pros:

Prevenstveno ljepota i cistoca hotela, osoblje i lokacija na kojoj se nalazi. U sobe ulaze svaki dan i pospremaju smece i rucnike

Cons:

Smatram samo da za ovu cijenu trebaju uvesti veci izbor dorucka, dorucak je odlican,ali vrlo mali izbor namirnica da dodaju jos kojih stvari bilo bi vrh. Cijene stvari u mini baru su malo pretjerano precjenjenje.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und stilvol eingerichtet.

Cons:

Parkgebühr muss extra gezahlt werden. Beim Frühstück mussten wir sehr lange warten bis Sachen aufgefüllt wurden oder ein Kaffe gebracht wird (1x über 40 min). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein. Für den Preis muss der Aufenthalt definitiv besser sein.

Everything was excellent
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff(thank you particularly Faruk!), great area- just 5 mins from old town, comfortable bed, best shower we’ve ever had. Really great hotel!
