Pros:

Good location and nicely designed.

Cons:

Terrible value for money. Staff service in restaurant was awful. Photos and room classifications are misleading. The ceiling heights in the room were poor and issues we reported were not fixed. Breakfast service was shambolic and there were very limited options. Other hotels we stayed at in BiH were so much more personal and offered better value for money. This hotel is trading off its design and offering very little in facilities and service standards. Management have clearly taken their eye off the ball and let standards slip.

If you do not want a serious injury such as an intracranial hemorrhage, I would avoid room 23!
Pros:

The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room is a safety hazard! Room 23 should be decommissioned, as it poses risk of serious injuries to guests. Room 23 had abnormally low and sharp ceilings, as it must have been a low attic the owners tried to squeeze into a makeshift room. My wife and I hit our heads on the ceilings countless times and we informed the staff immediately that we wanted to move on our first night. The staff informed us there were no available rooms to move to. We kept complaining and sent many messages. Only on our final night did they send us a booking.com communication suggesting we move on our very last night - a bit too little and a bit too late, particularly after we banged our heads on the sharp and low ceiling over a dozen times. They did not even have the courtesy to call us or tell us in person, nor did anyone call us or tell us in person a different room was available on the third night. And even if they had, how about the first two nights? No one cared about our safety. I had even requested to speak to a supervisor and never heard from one. In summary, this is a hotel that values squeezing out revenue over patient safety.

Really tasteful hotel right in the heart of Sarajevo
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel right outside the old city centre. I particularly enjoyed how clean the rooms were and how beautifully built it was. The parking makes it also very convenient if you have a rental car. Staff was friendly and professional. The beds were also very comfortable, which is not always the case in many hotels.

Cons:

Only the breakfast was a little bit disappointing, there wasn't a very big choice, there were no warm meats or Viennoiserie. Not the end of the world, as they do prepare fresh eggs which in return is very nice.

The perfect one night layover in Sarajevo
Pros:

Beautifully decorated property in a traditional style, featuring lots of art along the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are very cozy and the beds are comfy. Everything is newly renovated. Nice breakfast in a beautiful garden. Perfect location one step away from the old city centre. This is quite likely the best hotel in Sarajevo these days.

Новый отель, недалеко от исторического центра. Приветливый персонал. Свежие продукты на завтраке.

Cons:

В первый день нам предоставили парковку, хотя мы специально выбирали отель с парковкой. В отеле была свадьба и все места были заняты.
Кондиционер в номере не работал вообще! Вместо этого стоял вентилятор. Когда мы пожаловались персоналу, нам просто заменили вентилятор, но от этого прохладнее не стало.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich, Lage super und zentrumsnah. Restaurant/Frühstück sehr schön eingerichtet und gute Auswahl. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht wieklich geeignet
