Important information:

From 20 April until 12 October, check-in takes place at Hotel Residence Stella del Mare in Via Sardegna 15. At other times, check-in takes place at Via Lombardia 21.

Accommodations must be left clean and tidy, or a final cleaning charge will apply.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Bath/bed linen is included for all occupants with a weekly change; for stays of at least 7 nights, a mid-week tidying with a towel change is included. The cleaning does not include the kitchenette.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Funkcjonalność apartamentu, czyli 2 sypialnie pokój z aneksem kuchennym, stół na tarasie
Wiosną bardzo spokojnie . Niestety pewnie latem jest gorzej. Na odległość spaceru plaża.

Cons:

Brak piekarnika, czajnika, mikrofali.

Decisamente piacevole grazie anche alle belle giornate che ho avuto
Pros:

Posizione molto valida per chi, come me, voleva scoprire mete turistiche della zona. Si raggiungono comodamente numerose mete turistiche dell'area. Appartamento luminoso e arredato con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. Posteggio comodo e supermercati a pochi minuti di macchina.

Cons:

Un'unica piccola cosa: Un colapasta più grande. Impossibile colare gli spaghetti per due persone nel piccolo colapasta a disposizione.

Für einen Herbsturlaub eine tolle Unterkunft. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und auch relativ modern eingerichtet.
Der Platz ist für 4 Personen ausreichend ( es könnten 6 Personen drin wohnen )
Zum Meer sind es ca. 5-10 Min. Je nachdem wie schnell man läuft. Der Check In war super schnell und sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt einen Grill im Garten und auch zwei Waschmaschinen für alle Einheiten. Die Wohnung hat in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung. Was im Herbst natürlich sehr praktisch war.
Es war ausreichend Toilettenpapier vor Ort , Spültücher und sogar Geschirrspültabs. Der Müll wird getrennt gesammelt und passende Müllbeutel sind auch vor Ort.

Cons:

Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer sollte getauscht werden.
Müslischalen waren trotz Nachfrage leider nicht vorhanden.
1-2 Schärfere Messer wären noch von Vorteil.

Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr Bequem, die Zimmer von der Größe okay und man kann im Hof parken. Das Meer ist schön und der Strand war toll. Mehr auch nicht ....

Cons:

Die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig, die Küchenausstattung mega überschaubar - Gasherd und Kühlschrank - sonst nix elektrisches.. super Lage direkt an der Straße - ab 7 voller Verkehr. Im näheren Umfeld NIX los - minimalistisches Essen - Bar zum chillen keine Gefunden - ab ins Auto und Livorno zu empfehlen!! Am 5.ten Tag wurde die Dachbox vorm LIDL aufgehebelt und nix gestohlen - klar war leeer - Der Pool des Hotels sind 10 min zu Fuß - kannst die Kids nicht alleine schicken - wir wären nach 30 Min ankunft am liebsten wieder gefahren soooo schön war es ..

Lokalizacja, czystość obiektu, cisza sprawiająca, że można odpocząć, niewygórowane ceny

Cons:

Duża ilość komarów, które utrudniają wypoczynek, w naszym przypadku problemy ze spłuczką, która przepuszczała wodę.
