ที่ตั้งใกล้หน่วยงานราชการหลายๆแห่งที่ไปติดต่อธุระส่วนตัว

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า อุปกรณ์เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่าแต่สะอาดพอใช้ ที่วางฟักบัวชำรุด ผ้าม่านเลื่อนปิดไม่สนิท บรรยากาศในห้องมีฝุ่นไม่เหมาะกับคนที่เป็นภูมิแพ้ เนื่องจากพบว่าส่วนตัวมีอาการจามค่อนข้างบ่อย ประตูล็อดนิรภัยปิดล็อคไม่ได้แต่ทดสอบก่อนเข้าพักแล้วถ้าไม่มีคีย์การ์ดก็จะเข้าห้องไมได้ ที่จอดรถมีให้บริการแต่ไม่มีหลังคา บางแห่งมีน้ำเสียจาการใช้งานขังนองและส่งกลิ่นเหม็น
