We stayed in the deluxe double spa room
Staff were polite and professional throughout and spoke good English.
The room itself was large and felt premium. The spa bath was cool if a little uncomfortable to spend long periods in (all right angled stone). The room itself was clean and well maintained.
Two TVs both allowing you to sign in to YouTube and Netflix was nice. Both with great viewings from the spa and bed respectively.
The complimentary whiskey and reading lounge was a nice perk. Although do note it really is just whiskey rather than a full bar and some snacks, and can get a little busy as it's a small room (but stays quiet)
The offering of pickup/dropoff from Busan station or the airport is a great bonus, and they pick you up in a big minivan. Probably great for larger 4+ groups. When it was just two of us, probably would have been cheaper to just get an Uber (which there are plenty of around the hotel)
The hotel reception is very quick to respond through WhatsApp which was really useful. Allows you to organise if you want your room cleaned, organise taxis etc with no issues.
They offer a laundry service where you drop off your laundry in a bag at reception and it's delivered back to your door in about half a day. Super useful service.
The location is absolutely brilliant. The beach is basically 1 minute walk away. Close to convenience stores and restaurants without being in the busiest area. So for us was effectively perfect. Close enough to the main areas without being right above the busy places.
The main thing we didnt quite realise until we got to the room is that while the rooms do have windows, they basically aren't meant to be used. Don't buy this hotel if you are looking for great views over the beach etc. I think this is why the rooms are premium for the price though so it's not a direct negative. The windows are quite small and have a semi permanent blind in front of them. If you do open them, you get to see air conditioning units and other buildings windows quite close. They are basically only good for knowing if it's dark or light outside, but not giving you any natural light. Because the rooms are large and nicely lit, this didn't matter too much and didn't feel claustrophobic but is worth knowing before booking if you're looking for a more natural feeling. The room felt more like a spa room than a standard hotel room.
Overall the room seemed like good value, but there were a few things that seemed a little odd and like cutting corners. The main one was that they provide a bath bomb in the room for you to use in the spa, but it costs 8000krw (£4) if you use it. You are also not allowed to use your own bubble bath in the spa and the sign mentions a fine. While this isn't the end of the world, it just feels a little cheap of them. When you're paying almost £200 a night for a hotel room, including a free bath bomb seems reasonable, and seems slightly odd it isn't seeing as there is free whiskey available whenever, but not a bath bomb for the spa that's the main attraction of the room.
The included breakfast you get when you choose to buy it through booking.com has 3 options, all similar, of beef, eel, or abalone (a type of shellfish). This is served with lots of Korean sides, miso soup, rice and veggies and is genuinely delicious. As a breakfast it's great.

Breakfast options were very limited (only 3 traditional Koran dishes) and don’t even include orange juice or a drink!
Housekeeping doesn’t really “clean”, and it would be nice when you stay in a hotel that we have the bathroom (toilet and sink) cleaned.
Location and baths in rooms plus a large tvs. Whisky bar sounded great but didn’t get to use it, hotel communicate all over WhatsApp when you need anything so that was a little different. Lots of free stuff like slushies.
Drains to clear quickly due to small pipes meaning short showers or reduced pressure to not flood the room. Breakfast after a few days was monotonous. No room safe.
這間飯店地理位置很好，而且早餐很好吃很飽，往前走就到海灘了。周邊也都有便利商店，整個房間的空間也都很大，飯店人員也都很親切，甚至可以寄放行李。我覺得我是很值得的一間飯店。

Die Verständigung mit dem Personal war auf Grund der schlechten Englischkenntnisse schwierig und führte teilweise zu Missverständnissen.

1.外観もロビーも部屋も共用部も全てデザイン性が高く、かつ、機能性も高い
2.無料の朝食も、三種類あってありがたいし、美味しかった。うなぎのひつまぶしは臭みなし、鮑は、肝のソースが米に染み込み旨味MAX、牛肉も脂少なくヘルシーで柔らかい。
3.無料ランドリーサービスは、フロントに汚れ物を預けて三時間ほどで部屋に届けてくれる。それも随時‼️
4,スタッフの接客、早めのチェックインにも臨機応変に対応していただきありがたかった。
5,無料のミネラルウォーターも沢山あるから買わずに過ごせた。
6.ウイスキーラウンジでも無料で飲めて最高過ぎる
7.立地も市場や海からも近くて、毎日海水浴してる間に部屋を清掃してくれて感謝。
8.電子レンジも部屋にあるし、部屋の冷蔵庫も大きて沢山入るので安心。
9.そして、部屋のお風呂が特に最高過ぎた。日本の高級旅館風で疲れた身体を癒すことができました。
10.少数精鋭的なスタッフさんたちなので、持ち場をしっかり責任もってサービスしてくれてたように感じます。
部屋に置いてあったバスボムが9,000wと有料だったことを後から知ってびっくり🫢

We loved our stay here and our only regret is not being able to stay more nights.
The different lounges on the different levels are a fun experience! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the private baths in the room are excellent!
Spacious rooms, wonderful service with kids play room , whiskey lounge and even free laundry service!
Maybe the carpets can be replaced with tiles given that it’s a spa room
