Pros:

The room is well decorated and tidy. The bed is so comfy. The staff are helpful. The location is only 5 mins walk from Haeundae beach but a bit far from subway station. It’s worth all my money.

Cons:

The breakfast has very limited options so if you stay for long you might get bored.

Location was good, however the hotel says it's a beach front, it's not, neither there is a beach view, windows are small

Cons:

While the hotel has a spa esthetic, layout doesn't even have enough space to open a large suitcase, so space for luggage, the double bed is too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably

Most importantly the housekeeping service is poor, do not clean properly despite reminders

Lastly the breakfast is a Korean set bowl, no buffet, only 3 spefici hotpots to chose from, no options for kids

Great, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room design was great. Newly renovated and very comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was polite. We also enjoyed the complimentary whiskey lounge. The staff also communicated through Whatsapp which was very efficient.

We had a small issue with the shower flooding a little on the first night. However, it was promptly resolved and we were offered a room switch (but this was not necessary).

I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Comfortable and convenient stay that I would highly consider staying again

Great location in the Haeundae area. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Would consider staying here again when returning to Busan.
