Pros:

Very clean rooms and home. The beds were very comfortable. The full sized kitchen with everything you might need is great.

Cons:

Besides a kitchen table there wasn't a space to lounge in outside.

Perfect stay in El Tunco, 15 mins walk from the main st
Pros:

It had everything you need, 15 minutes walk from the Main Street, air conditioning, cold water filter, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen and felt very safe. Lovely staff as well!

Cons:

A little outside the main area, walking at night time along the main road was a bit sketchy with the trucks going past very quick!

Pros:

We booked this place at the last minute after our other plans fell through, and we are really glad we did! This is a great option for budget conscious travellers in the El Tunco area. Our room was very clean and large, the air conditioning was great and the bathroom was modern.

The location is slightly out of Surf City, its a 15-minute walk into the town. But you wouldn't get anywhere to stay at this price in the town, and ubers are readily available.

Wonderful
Pros:

A wonderful experience. I booked for 2 nights and stayed many more. Perfect for what I was looking for. Quiet, on a local family street, friendly neighbours, and a walk through the mangrove to the beach. A big thank you to the Lady of the House, whose care and attention were much appreciated. I hope to return again. Strongly recommend.
