Pros:

Staff were very helpful, they organised flowers and a birthday cake for me on behalf of my boyfriend at very short notice.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The home stay is slightly out of town which made getting taxi slightly difficult but it wasn’t too much of an issue

Very good
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff were responsive on WhatsApp. The driver was the best feature of this stay, dropping us off into town for dinner and picking us back up. Also the driver would drive use to the diving centre in town at the pier in the morning and pick us back up in the afternoon. The bathroom was very large and comfortable too.

Cons:

There was a bit of a constant weird smell in the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, the room was pretty clean and new(ish). There is a washing machine for guests to use and the shuttle service to and from the town is amazing. We only needed to get a grab taxi once, when we stayed out late.
The staff can also help you book excursions etc.
I would stay again as the overall level of hotels in town is not great, and this place offers good value for money.

Cons:

It does feel a bit like you are staying in someones home. Outside our room there were sometimes people sleeping or playing majiang. But not too late at night thankfully.

Pros:

Room was clean. Bad comfortable. Good Communication with owner. Nice Roti for breakfast.

Cons:

There was no window in the room. Hard to find the object, fortunately we managed with help of the owner.

Pros:

The only reason i book this room was it states there are bath tub, we thought that we could have a good rest & bath spa before our flight in the enxt day early morning. But when we were there, there were no bathtub in the room. What a big disppointment.

No one contact us for pick up to the homestay or give instruction how to go to the homestay which are far from the city, we end up pay ourselve for the Grab car to the location. It is quite far from the jetty & city, taking grab was about RM10 per trip. So be prepared to spend another RM30-RM50 for the transportation to check in the hotel and if you wan to go out for dinner.

Room is not clean, blanket was dirty, toilet was super dirty.

With this quality, u can easily get a hotel room at good location near to the jetty at only RM100.

Totally not recommended and would not come back again.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Big yard, owner provide self service coffee, tea and cookies, have kitchen and washing machine, friendly staff, provide breakfast and shuttle to downtown. The owner helped to book trip out to ocean and it was nice trip.

Cons:

Room is small, the staff did not do the cleaning daily if live more than 1 day.
