Great place to stay in Shkoder. Really close to the center just 5 min walk and you are on the main street. 10min walk from where most buses drop off in town. Beautifully decorated interior that felt really peaceful and modern. Bed was really comfy I slept so well. And everything was spotlessly clean. I arrived late about 22:45 after a flight and bus from Tirana airport. The owner was very accommodating and allowed me to check in at this time no problem. If you do arrive late just make sure you have access to internet (e.g. eSIM for Albania) so you can What's App the owner to let him know you have arrived.

We had an amazing time in Shkodra. The property is located near the main area in Shkoder. Great vibes.
Pros:

The property was very cute. The owner was super nice. We got there very late and he kept in touch the whole time. We only spent one night.

Nice and cozy vibes, great facilities, clean, and the nicest hosts! Close to main attractions and restaurants. Easy to find and not too far from the bus station if you are arriving by bus. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Wonderful gem in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Wonderful little hotel in the city of Shkodër. We stopped here for a night before heading to Theth the next morning.

Our flight was delayed and we got to the property at 12:30am. Despite this, the lovely host still met us at the door, drove with me to find parking and made sure we were comfortable. He always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location in shkodra was perfect, 5 min walk from a relaxed street of bars and shops.

I would certainly recommend the property for either a one day stop over or full week holiday.
