Modern yet tastefully detailed inside and out.
Pros:

Overall the staff were absolutely fantastic, always polite and curious and efficient. My room was quite well appointed in all aspects, comfortable bed and above all it was a nice quiet hotel and so relaxing and sleeping was an enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Good location, quiet, really nice comfortable bed, excellent staff, and a very nice bathroom. All this made it a very enjoyable stay.

Only 2 things that spoiled my stay a night of heavy rain and a leaking roof left me with a flooded bedroom in the early hours. The second thing is customer service are almost unreachable as I did want to liaise with them.

Great location, spacious rooms - but need to improve on linen and maintenance.
Pros:

The location is excellent if you plan to explore the heritage areas, and Muntri street itself is quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very spacious rooms which is clean enough. There were no smells in the room or bathroom (other than the towels which was an issue.)

Cons:

The towels had smells from not being washed and dried thoroughly. The property needs some maintenance work on painting / surfacing as water damage is evident. There were 5 small flying insects in the bathroom which needed to be killed.

The colour theme and design of it. The location is not too far from the places we want to explore too, mostly within walking distance. We also like the price of the stay.

Cons:

Staff aren’t present at the counter at all times, do not seem very secure for us. Though they’re approachable.

🐜 What disturbs us the most was the ants trail that appear three times during our stay, in the bathroom. We tried to wash it away on our own. From the shower head to and around the toilet bowl. I hope the management look into this and solve the root issue.

Some of the bath towel do have a smell too.

Absolutely superb in every way
Pros:

The property was much better than we expected really clean and modern and beautiful. we will definitely go back there in the centre of everything so definitely recommend it to other people

The only slight slight little problem was the water was not hot enough for me but it was for my husband.

Pros:

Beautiful little boutique, nice and clean hotel! Would recommend and stay again! Our room had a bath and they supplied a bath bomb and bath salts which we used and was lovely! Very clean and nice comfy bed! Perfect location and close to nice food and coffee walking distance!

Cons:

The staff weren’t too friendly, they were on their phones watching loud videos whenever we walked past or were in the reception area. It says 24 hour reception but they don’t have 24 hour reception, we needed assistance one night an they had a whatsapp number to call and message and we did both and no answer to a call or message, lucky our question wasn’t dire but they shouldn’t advertise 24 hour reception if they don’t have it.
They had a light in the courtyard in our room between out bedroom and private bathroom that we couldn’t turn on or off so it made the room bright at night. Although after this we would still stay again an recommend to friends and family but something to fix for future guests.
