Beautiful family-friendly resort with everything you'd want for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Beautiful resort with private beach, amazing buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner, lovely swimming pool with paddling pool for kids. Very kid-friendly with a playground and friendly staff. Loved our stay here with out 9 month old, we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The beds were very small, my husband is 6ft and his legs were totally off the end, I am 5ft and I could reach the end which never happens. Our room was right at the back and we could hear the clanging of plates etc from the kitchen at each meal service and the loud music from the stage area each night.
The walk into town is quite steep so hard in summer heat, but still doable with a pram.

Wunderschöne Anlage, aber enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Fazit: Die wunderschöne Anlage und die Lage direkt am Meer sind klare Pluspunkte. Leider können diese die zahlreichen Mängel nicht ausgleichen. Kleine Zimmer, ein unzureichend kühlender Kühlschrank, Schimmel und muffige Luft, teilweise unfreundliches Personal, enttäuschendes Essen und lange Wartezeiten beim Kaffee haben unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Cons:

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Meer, und macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck. Leider konnten die Zimmer, der Service und das gastronomische Angebot unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel bei Weitem nicht gerecht werden.

Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und wirkte frustriert. Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Reinigungspersonal trotz des deutlich angebrachten „Bitte nicht stören“-Schildes ins Zimmer kam und sich dabei auch noch unfreundlich verhielt.

Die Zimmer sind für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sehr klein. Auch der Kühlschrank war eine Enttäuschung: Statt eines richtigen Kühlschranks gab es lediglich eine kleine Kühlschublade, die nicht einmal richtig kühlte.

Noch gravierender war jedoch der Schimmel im Zimmer. Die Luft war feucht und muffig, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte. Angesichts eines solchen Mangels hätten wir zumindest eine Entschuldigung und einen professionellen Umgang mit der Situation erwartet. Stattdessen gab es keinerlei Entschuldigung. Uns wurde zunächst mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Die Verfügbarkeit auf der hoteleigenen Website vermittelte jedoch ein anderes Bild. Erst einen Tag später konnten wir glücklicherweise das Zimmer wechseln.

Auch das Essen konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Mittags bestellten wir in der Restaurantbar einen Salat, dessen Blätter bereits braun waren. Das Sandwich meines Freundes schmeckte nach praktisch nichts. Immerhin wurde uns das Essen anschliessend erstattet.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend und bot kaum Abwechslung. Jeden Morgen gab es praktisch dasselbe Angebot, mit sehr vielen süssen Backwaren und Kuchen, aber wenig frischem Obst. Stattdessen gab es überwiegend Dosenfrüchte. Müsli und gesündere Alternativen fehlten weitgehend. Pancakes, Eier und Ähnliches waren in Ordnung. Der Kaffee war wirklich sehr gut – allerdings musste man jeden Morgen 10 bis 15 Minuten dafür anstehen.

Tolle Anlage. Liegen und Schirme waren kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden. Lob an die fleißige und flotte Barista beim Frühstück.

Pros: Very friendly staff, location, cleanliness, style, cost - The look and feel of the hotel is definitely boutique, which we really liked. It has a modern traditional feel and both the room and resort were clean, tidy and well maintained with lots of well looked after gardens and plants - it really felt like you were in a beautiful small village. The facilities are good, but not great - pool area was quiet, and the bar overlooked the beach and sea which is a huge selling point.

Compared to other 4* and 5* hotels I've stayed in, this is definitely low to medium 4* - better food options would make it a solid 4*.

Cons:

Cons: Food and drinks relatively expensive at the pool bar, and main restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is pretty limited with big queues for the egg station and fresh coffee. Pool was borderline too cold, though it was late September and parking was a struggle for one of the nights where it seemingly was very busy.
