Très mitigée.
Pros:

Établissement propre. Chambre climatisée appréciable (avec plus de 45 degrés dehors!). Literie confortable. Service navette efficace pour un retour aéroport très matinal.

Cons:

Hormis ces points, le riad reste rudimentaire. Le service aléatoire...Le petit déjeuner du dernier jour facturé alors qu'il n'a pas était pris étant donné un depart très matinal (4h); même pas un petit geste commercial comme deux boissons à emporter avec fruits et biscuits par exemple, malgré mes sollicitations. D'autant plus que le gérant tient une épicerie très proche de l hébergement...Ce dernier n'a d'ailleurs pas le sens de l'accueil marocain...Peu loquace et souriant. L'impression de le déranger. Le service est au strict minimum. Établissement pour routards aguerris. Équipements non conforme à la description.

Solo nos hospedamos para dormir.
Ubicacion a 15 minutos de la plaza.
Hay tiendas cerca para comprar agua.
El muchacho muy agradable,servicial y simpático.
Limpieza adecuada.
Wifi excelente

Cons:

Los colchónes de la cama algo duros.
Desayuno muy limitado.
En la habitación que reservé no hay aire acondicionado aunque si puedes pedir un ventilador.
El baño está en las plantas de arriba.

Centrally located , value for money
Pros:

To start with the property is centrally located as 15mins. Walk to jemma el fnaa, bus station, bahia palace. The host himself is very humble kind gentlemen who make sure to provide us with best comfortable stay. If yiu want to experience home feeling this is the place in marrakech to book for. The breakfast has a good spread and every day cleaning is done. Recommended
