The location is it's only saving grace

Cons:

The main door didn't lock without the latch. The bathroom did not lock at all, no latch provided. There was no mirror in the bathroom. It smelled bad.
There were tiny cockroaches in the room.

Excellent stay in this budget
Pros:

I get room number 301 with nice view and spacious room, bathroom can be improved a little but that's ok. There was a table and chair provided if you want to work from room itself. Bed was clean and nearly maintained.
Staff was friendly, very quite place even if it was like 100 MTRS from OMR highway. You will get good food items and soft drinks, Tea, coffee etc.
You can order from Swiggy zomato and can avail services from Blinkit.
