Boring and not worth it for money
Pros:

Facility like new and good condition.

Cons:

- No TV inside room, so 200% bored if you stay in
- No refrigerator inside room, you can brought frozen food but cant keep it
- Dirt and dust at floor (lizard and rat droppings) every each corner. We does moping floor ourself every 2x day. Not recommended if you have kids.
- Wifi speed too slow
- Complementary coffee/tea no sugar provided.
