The staff being so gracious about the situation with check-in and check-out was amazing.
Pros:

Location - only two blocks from the ocean. The staff was amazing - I called while on my way to let them know I would be late due to traffic. They were so accommodating and let me check in after my event. When I got called into work and had to leave prior to check-out time, again accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped- there was hair from the previous person/people all over the floor. Walls were extremely thin. The people next to me were up all night fighting, talking, and playing music and I could hear every word which led to not getting a lot of sleep.

Very poor
Pros:

it’s late booking at 8.30pm and there 9pm rings the lady won’t recognize the reservation and I want to cancel but online no refund and back to ask her if I pay their price difference $50 booking is $78.83 total $128.83 and then the lady happily let me say.
