Only front desk staff helping us

Cons:

Booking time app showing different room but in directly visit time very very small uncomfortable smoke room that is also in fourth floor also lift is not working

worst experience. never seen in any hotel like this time management.
Pros:

location is near to the rly station.

Cons:

no proper clean for the room, rude behaviour from the staff. calling at morning 7:30 and asking whether you want to checkout today or not.
Checking for minutes from the system for the checkout time. I arrived at 9:38 AM so they are checking whether you are in the limit of the time..
