Good value near bus station
Pros:

Good proximity to Larkin central bus station and the shared bathroom was very clean and the kitchen well equipped

Cons:

The water would go on and off as well as the Wi-Fi

Pros:

Place is decent, bathroom is decent.

Cons:

It didn't say that pet was allowed, the first thing we heard when we entered the house was a dog barking. The place itself is decent but the dog is unexpected. Hopefully they'll tell us next time if there's going to be a dog in the house.

Gutes Zimmer und super Gemeinschaftsbereich aber sehr abgelegen
Pros:

Das Zimmer ans sich ist groß und auch relativ sauber.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ordentlich und man hat wirklich alles was man nur brauchen könnte.
Die Besitzer sind auch super nett und helfen einem bei allem weiter.

Cons:

Die Lage ist relativ weit weg von allem. Es gibt zwar einen großen Supermarkt, aber sonst nicht viel in der Umgebung.
Einen muss klar sein das es ein Zimmer in einem geteilten Apartment mit 2 anderen Zimmern ist und es daher auch mal lauter werden kann.

Superb
Pros:

Very good location. It's 300 meter to supermarkts/cafe/laundry and 1km till Central bus station. Room not small, air condition works well. Price is great and the owner is very nice.

Cons:

Bad sheets was clean, but a little bit old.

First time experience with Inconsiderated Owner
Pros:

Environment good only that the owner is not good for me.

Cons:

The homestay actually share room with other tenant. Thought the house like studio house with 1 bedroom, can use entire apartment with convenience. Unfortunately, there are other room stay by other guest. - Misleading advertisement.

The cctv put inside the apartment, like not respect the guest privacy. Owner can enter homestay anytime and see what customer. Fyi, owner house is only next door. also they claim me RM50 because the room for two people eventhough three people stay in one room as per payment. My parent senior citizen and need young people to look into them, plus that day is our hari raya aidiladha. Owner really inconsiderated and not respect guest.

Others, like other guest comment the water pressure really low.

Experience at Yuyu Homestay
Pros:

The shared facilities and amenities within the homestay, the cleanliness, the decoration and the amount of shared space provided.

Cons:

There were problems with the bathroom/toilet:
1. The water pressure for the shower (in the master bedroom) is very low and stops while bathing . The heater doesn't turn on, most probably because of the low water pressure. The problem has been there for a while, based on feedback by previous guests
2. The flush for the toilet was not working

Wonderful and clean homestay
Pros:

Very clean, all facilities are there. Owner is friendly and waited for us to check in pretty late when our bus was delayed. Comfortable beds, filtered drinking water, towels and hot water available.

Cons:

A bit far from city centre, but close to Larkin Bus Station.

Pros:

Loved getting to know Jessie and her daughter at the homestay. It was a quiet apartment that allowed us to relax from our busy travels
