Good pool for hot summer days
Pros:

The outdoor swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. We visited during the summer, and after a day of sightseeing in the heat, it was the perfect place to cool off and relax.

Our spacious family room was another big plus, with plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was clean and comfortable overall, although it lacked a little atmosphere. The only downside was the gym, where the carpet didn’t feel very clean and there was no air conditioning.

Lovely hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Very nice hotel with an outdoor swimming pool which we very much enjoyed in this yeat. Very good breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient for sight seeing, if you don't mind walking. Driving to the nearby sights requires more time, due to traffic and the way the roads are designed. Our room was alos nice and quiet and we could open the window, instead of depending on the aircon. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

We had a few issues with the shower/bathroom and reported it. Hopefully it will be sorted out

Personal muy amable que genera muy buen rollo.
Pros:

El desayuno muy variado y bueno. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que les sea posible, desde ayudar con las maletas nada más entrar en la recepción rapidamente, hasta preparar nuestros cafés en los desayunos y llevarlos a la mesa con toda la amabilidad del mundo, invitarnos a picar y a beber algo en la piscina, pues hacian una fiesta y ya nos avisaron por email antes de llegar de que estabamos invitadas. También nos permitieron usar las instalaciones el último día hasta llegar nuestra hora de partir, y aprovechamos para darnos un masaje fantástico. Siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas o inquietudes. Me encantó el olor del hotel superbueno. Ah y las camas muy comodas!

Cons:

Aunque estaba cerca de la plaza del Registán y de hecho se podian ver los tejados desde el hotel, no es fácil ir caminando, las aceras no siempre existen, el calor es muy sofocante en según que espocas del año, el tráfico es bastante acelerado etc. Pero es algo fácil de solucionar con la aplicación de los taxis Yandex go, superbarato y muy cómodo y sencillo de usar.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Cons:

It’s a rare case where a hotel deserves the highest possible score. The only minor issue was the orange juice served at breakfast—I’d replace it with a higher-quality option. The breakfast itself is amazing, but the orange juice is very cheap, overly sugary, and watery.

Вежливый персонал, отзывчивый и рады помочь во всем. Очень чисто и вкусная еда. Нам очень понравилось. Очень советуем отдыхать именно в этой гостинице. Вернёмся ещё не раз обязательно. Огромное спасибо персоналу на ресепшн которые предложили нам ланчбоксы на утро что мы рано улетали это было очень удобно.
Огромное спасибо бармену который всегда был рад нас обслужить и даже по нашей просьбе охлождал и резал нам арбузы и дыни что мы покупали на рынке для себя и это не само собой разумеется. Отличная спа, очень советую воспользоваться и конечно же посетить массаж. Так же есть спорт зал и внутренний бассейн баня и хамам.
В общем впечатление хорошее, остались очень довольны ценой и качеством.

Cons:

Наличие кондиционеров и охлаждение в комнатах отличное но в коридорах их полное отсутствие и хотелось бы охлождение в спорт.зале так как там есть только вентиляторы и они не справляются с охлаждением.

Бяха запушили колата ни на паркинга и чакахюе 10 минути да открият човека да си премесри колата
Вместо да ни помогнат с изкарването на колата едно момче от персонала ни повтаряше ,че имаме неплатена сметка в бара,въпреки,че няколко пъти му повторихме ,че изобщо не сме посещавали бара.Платихме за тераса ,която беше 20 см.,дори нямаше и един стол на нея,абсолютно неоправдано е да плащате ,това не е тераса.
