Clean hotel, located not far from Registan Square (25 min walk). Pretty average, especially for the extortionate prices.
The AC in our room wasn’t working on the first night (extremely hot in the rooms). We called reception who said that an engineer will fix the issue in the morning. We checked this before we left for the day to which the staff confirmed that the AC unit would be fixed. Alas, that night no AC. Another terrible night’s sleep. For the money paid, i felt like there was no value. Our worst stay in the whole of Uzbekistan.
This hotel has exceeded our expectations both in terms of facilities and customer experience. You’ll get to stay in a luxurious location, arranged with great attention to detail and client comfort in mind. Spacious rooms, amazing bed and bed linen materials, tasty breakfast and great SPA available to relax. I can’t praise enough the hotel staff, they went above and beyond to meet all our needs and support us day and night and it’s not something you find easily, even in 5 star locations. Always patient and caring for the guests, they booked us taxis, sent us off to visit around with to-go tea/coffee or water, helped out with a late checkout when one of us was not feeling well. I’m terribly sorry for not remembering the name of the receptionist who helped us order pizza during our last night, special thanks are in order for him for his kindest attention and support: we had some trouble using Yandex to get a delivery and due to the language barrier no way of getting a direct line with the delivery person, so he was kind enough to offer to call the restaurant for us and replace our order (we left the order details with him on a piece of paper). Here’s where the truly amazing part begins, by the time all this unfolded the restaurant was already closed. So he called our room to break the news, but he wouldn’t have us go to sleep hungry so he told us not to worry that he knows another great pizza place and he will call them and make it so that we get to eat, he even delivered it to our room after it got to the hotel. It’s the type of care you rarely get and the one you want for a no-stress vacation. Our most heartfelt thanks for him and everyone taking care of us there! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Samarkand :)
Balconies are really really small, but it’s not a show stopper, they have a very cozy back garden where you can lounge in at any time
В отеле понравилось все! Нас встретили как дорогих гостей, разместили с комфортом с учетом пожеланий по размещению. В отеле очень приятная спа-зона. Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Главное сожаление было что у нас только одни сутки и уже пора уезжать

Уровень сервиса в плане взаимодействия с персоналом.Они-золото!Любой вопрос решается,чаще даже без запроса!Спасибо за вашу команду.Невероятная атмосфера на завтраках🥰Особенно,в солнечную погоду во внутреннем дворе у бассейна.Красивый вид из номеров,обращенных балконами(люкс) во внутренний двор-там вид на достопримечательности🤩Так же его можно увидеть из холла третьего этажа.Там стоят удобные кресла,можно попить кофе с красивым видом.Лоунж бар🔥Даже если не сезон,кальян вам раскурят по запросу.Спа на воспользовалась,но предложения вкусные были,обязательно вернусь с подружками.Умный унитаз,большая признательность за это🙏🏻.
Душ.Крепление от нижнего душа на уровне пупка.Принять с ним душ,на держа его в руках невозможно.Тропическим душем же не всегда хочется пользоваться,чтобы на намочить волосы,особенно длинные.Маленький размер столика рабочего.
Спа и номера прекрасны, удачное расположение . До рынка и Шахри Зинда около 10-15 минут пешком. Очень вкусные завтраки по типу "шведский стол". Разрешили бесплатный поздний выезд. Персонал отзывчив и клиентоориентирован

Завтраки в отеле очень хороши. Никто не останется голодным. Уборка номера была безупречна. Сами номера большие и комфортные. Расположение отеля хорошее, все в шаговой доступности.
Обязательно, при случае, остановимся в этом отеле и будем рекомендовать всем своим знакомым!
