Полное разочарование в отеле. Экономия на гостях чувствуется в каждой детали. Равнодушие управляющего и персонала в цело
Pros:

Отель оставил двоякое впечатление.
Красивый фасад, интересный интерьер, комфортный номер.
Но.

Cons:

Крайне разочарованы отелем. При бронировании был заявлен шведского стол, но по факту его не оказалось- вместо этого выдавали все три дня скудный индивидуальный завтрак. Выбор минимальный , ни о каком разнообразии речи не идет: Нарезанная с вечера слегка заветренная колбаса и сыр, пол помидора, пол огурца и пол яблока, пожухлые от времени; омлет или каша, которую надо подождать пока приготовят . Кошмар и обман. При не однократном обращении к управляющему через администратора - ответа так и не получили.
Для отеля, который позиционирует себя на достойном уровне, это просто не допустимо!
Ощущение, что гостей намерено вводят в заблуждение.
Отличный ковролин в номере за три дня ни разу не пропылесосили. Зернышко граната пролежало все время)
Отличная двух спальная кровать толком ни разу не заправлена(
Отличный телевизор так и не включился - вайфай практически отсутствует в номерах(
Пол в туалетной комнате заливается при принятии душа(
Большой красивый хамам так и не прогрелся ни разу.(
