Pros:

Great hotel for a vacation! The room is spacious, clean, and has a comfortable bed. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they helped with check-in quickly. The breakfasts are delicious, and the location is ideal — you can walk to all the attractions. I will definitely come back here again!

サマルカンド滞在中にこちらのホテルを利用しましたが、とても満足できる滞在となりました。

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、いつも笑顔で対応してくださいました。英語やロシア語など複数の言語を話せる方が多く、コミュニケションに困ることはありませんでした。特に日本語を話せる女性スタッフの方がいて、とても驚きました。海外で日本語で相談できるのは非常に心強く、観光についても親切に教えていただきました。

ホテルの立地も良く、レギスタン広場までは徒歩で約20〜25分ほどです。散歩しながら街の雰囲気を楽しめる距離なので、観光にも便利でした。

客室は清潔で快適に整えられており、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

スタッフのホスピタリティと便利なロケションのおかげで、とても良い思い出になりました。サマルカンドを訪れる方におすすめできるホテルです。また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。

Nice and not too big hotel and great team.
Pros:

Location, service , very Kind staff. If It is the ladies cleaning the rooms, the staff at the Bar and Restaurant or the Team at the reception all very kind and want to help. They supported us to book the local train tickets and the local flight tickets. Thanks to Faridun for the ride to the station.

フルコースのスパマッサージも2時間で1万円でした。アカスリは日本のアカスリよりもはるかに格上。

Отличный отель для отдыха! Номер просторный, чистый, с удобной кроватью. Персонал очень вежливый и гостеприимный, быстро помог с заселением. Завтраки вкусные, а расположение идеальное — до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Дуже турботливий менеджмент готелю. Чудове розташування, смачна кухня, чудовий басейн, хамам

Cons:

Ресепшен посилились з рівнем номеру, але при зверненні запропонували компенсацію масажем. Дуже повільні офіціанти в ресторані

Большой номер . Очень удачное расположение . Приятный внутренний дворик . Отзывчивый персонал

Cons:

Завтрак совершенно не соответствует 4 звёздам и тем более 5 звёздочному отелю . Не вкусно совсем . Пришлось завтракать в других отелях либо в кафе . В номере стойкий запах канализации . Почти все большие номера выходят окнами на проезжую улицу . Очень шумно . Искусственные цветы в уборных .

Останавливались на 3 дня с супругой, путешествуя по Узбекистану в период 27.05-30.05.26
Красивый и уютный отель, расположение, хорошие номера, удобные матрасы - высыпались после насыщенных прогулок.
Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки.
Отличная зона с открытым бассейном, пользовались каждый день
А самый большой плюс отеля - персонал - очень гостеприимный, радушный и отзывчивый.
Федя, Данил, Дима, Джони и другие парни официанты - благодарность вам от нас с супругой.
Девушка на ресепшен также молодец, спасибо за ответы на все наши вопросы. Горничные старались - уборку номера проводили каждый, все чисто и опрятно
Владельцам - респект и успехов в развитии!🤝
