Cons:

SCORRETTI: abbiamo prenotato solo una notte perché di passaggio e il giorno prima tramite messaggio su booking ci dicono che a causa di overbooking ci dirottato su un due stelle terribile (mi sembrava di essere in hotel transilvania). Li ho contattati telefonicamente per dire che almeno avrebbero dovuto darci una categoria pari ma dicono che non c'era altra disponibilità per necessità abbiamo accettato ma veramente incommentabile il comportamento avuto. Penso che per una notte avremmo scombinato i piani di ospiti che ci stavano di poi e quindi ci hanno trattati così. Vergogna!

Ho disdetto per 2. Perché una coppia di amici sono andati 3 giorni prima di me e hanno trovato un pessima camera con tantissima polvere e lavandino sporco con residui di capelli . Ho provato a contattare la struttura nessuno mi rispondeva , a parte che mi ha detto che facevano fatica a parlare italiano

Prenotato per un concerto, la struttura, di gestione polacca, ha una piccola finestra per il check in/out (2 ore). S

Cons:

Orario poco flessibile per il check-in/check-out. Mancanza asciugacapelli in bagno.

Nothing, it doesn't deserve 3 stars

Cons:

The bed was awful, no shampoo for bath, no TV, no air conditioner remote, no parking space if you do not mention this by calling them, small rooms even your baggage won't fit on the floor, you can hear everything that is outside, the balcony it's closed with a folding wall that it won't stay open, no wifi, bad smell, ants all over the room, no 24/7 reception
