Bellissimo
Pros:

Tutto è stato perfetto, bella camera pulita, ottima cena, colazione ricca dolce e salato, le torte sono di una bontà sublime.
Lo staff è di una gentilezza che non si trova spesso in questi tempi. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e accuditi con amore.
Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi :-)

Lovely hotel in beautiful location, with great breakfast and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful spot and conveniently located to reach the upper part of Val Masino and Val di Mello. The facilities worked well and the breakfast was great. The best part though was the staff, who were helpful and flexible, also in accommodating our late arrival.

Wonderful place, well positioned, kind and friendly staff, good food.
Pros:

Good breakfast selection. Eggs and bacon prepared on request. Staff responds to special requests (such as a soy-milk cappuccino). Assigned table so you are guaranteed to be able to sit. Large, airy, well-lit dining room. Good dinner menu: the sciatt and pizzoccheri are excellent.

Cons:

It wasn't clear at breakfast that there was an alternative to the coffee machine (which does not prepare non-dairy cappuccinos). There should be a sign letting people know that alternatives are available (but now you know so don't forget to ask!).
