За свой огромный опыт аренды через букинг самый негативный и неприятный опыт

Никому не советую этот отель, получила крайне негативный опыт по взаимодействию с его владельцем Петром , такого хамства и свинского отношения к клиентам нужно еще поискать , и это видно с самого начала общения когда этот человек переходит сразу на «ты» и общается с тобой как соседское быдло.
Ниже описываю ситуацию - Останавливалась один раз в этом отеле и забронировала одноместный номер , жила там неделю , номер мне тогда не очень понравился , в нем было не уютно , только 1 подушка и 1 маленькое полотенце , однако у друзей были 2-местные номера в этом же отеле и там хотя бы было больше личных принадлежностей. Оплата только наличными и без сдачи, что совсем неудобно.
В этом году мне нужно было провести только 1 ночь в Лимассоле и я забронировала этот же отель , но 2-местный номер.
НО при заселении владелец Петр предложил мне тот самый одноместный номер , в котором я останавливалась ранее , хотя в моей брони значился другой номер .
При моей просьбе поменять номер было сказано что все номера заняты ! На мои вопросы почему он заселяет меня в номер худшей категории без предупреждение по цене номера более высокой категории он ответил что может мне скинуть 5 евро 🤡 Когда я отказалась от такого предложения , он сказал что я могу вообще не заселяться, что я с удовольствием и сделала и в жизни ни я ни мои друзья туда больше не поедут !
Так что при бронировании имейте ввиду, что вас без предупреждения могут заселить в другой номер и ваша бронь тут ничего не значит. Но через поддержку можно так же возмещать убытки за такие случаи.

Pros:

Location is just in the center of Limassol, which makes it veery convenient to move around city. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. I appreciated the presence of a proper desk to be able to work if needed. The garden is small be nice to be.

Cons:

Being in the center of Limassol, the neighborhood can be a bit noisy and so sleeping with open windows is not the ideal choice during weekends. But this is to be expected in Limassol and not specific to the place.

Pros:

Such a nice pretty place! Close to cafes and the seaside road, but far from crowds. And the garden is so beautiful and calm.
My stay was very calm and comfortable, huge thanks!

Cons:

I would have appreciated more kitchen utensils and also the textiles (bed linen, towels) having been ironed.

Hi there! Thank you for such a nice experience! The host is very helpful and friendly. I needed to use washing machine and was offered it. Room is a good size, new furniture, big fridge, very clean. Location is perfect, appx. 5-8 minutes to seafront and there are some restaurants/bars just couple a minutes away. Thank you, and I will visit you again!

A comfortable, well-located stay with a welcoming atmosphere and supportive host.
Pros:

I appreciated the convenient location and the cleanliness of the property. The stay was smooth, and the owner was very supportive throughout. I especially liked the design and the overall atmosphere; it felt cozy, well thought out, and easy to relax in.

Fair stay close to center
Pros:

It’s a small complex, situated close to the center with herb garden in the center. It’s well renovated, has everything you need including some soaps and slippers you find in hotels.
Checkin was smooth. Parking (paid) is right in front of the property. We didn’t check for other options as we arrived late.

Cons:

There’s only one desk under the TV, which is pretty weird for a couple to eat there. A small coffee table could’ve solved this..
The kitchen has exactly 2 of everything - an extra set would’ve been appreciated.
The shower was stinking, owner said it was due to bad placement of filter in the prior cleanup. The smell was so noticeable I believe it was simple ignored.
Communication could’ve been a little better, I was nagging for a couple of days just to get a receipt.

Very nice option overall in the city centre of Limassol.
Pros:

Very nice location. Had everything needed.

Cons:

- Could have been cleaner (I found a clipped nail under the bed).
- The communication could have been better easier.
- The hair dryer didn't work.
- They only accept cash.

Check out 11.00.
Ekstra 1 saat talep ettiğimizde 25 euro talep ettiler. Kıbrıs şartlarında fazla kuralcı ve robotik buldum.

Bir de sokağın tam dibindeki odada kaldım. Sokağın tüm gürültüsünü duyduk gece. İç odalar bu anlamda daha konforlu olabilir.
