Pros:

I loved this property because it was very clean, very cute and stylish, excellent location, staff was very polite and helpful and just overall a very convenient and value for money

Cons:

I could use a bottle of water since tap water in Cyprus is not nice to drink. Also the soundproofing could be better too (the area is generally quiet but Im just referring to the parking attendant right next door who was talking very loudly for some reason in the morning) but if you’re only staying there for a couple nights it’s not an issue. And I would definitely book again.

Expensive for what it offers
Pros:

The property is nice and clean, very centric. The location was amazing.
The interior patio is cozy, it is nice to sit outside in the sun.

Cons:

It was expensive for what it had to offer. There was no soap in the shower not coffee, tea or water available.
Plus the room had a very high window that couldn’t be closed with a curtain, so it was quite light in the morning. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

Top Lage, aber sehr wenig Komfort
Pros:

Fazit:
- Top Lage, aber sehr wenig Komfort.
- Für den Preis insgesamt eher enttäuschend.
- Preis-Leistung stimmt aus unserer Sicht nicht.

Positiv:
- Mega gute, zentrale Lage in Limassol
- Vieles fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Negativ:
- Ausstattung extrem spärlich
- kein Tisch fürs Frühstück
- keine gemütliche Beleuchtung
- Küche quasi ohne Basics (keine Gewürze, nur ein einzelner kleiner Löffel, etc.)
- nur zwei große Handtücher, keine kleinen für Hände oder Haare
- Wechsel der Handtücher laut Vermieter nur alle 5 Tage
- Nachfrage wurde leider sehr unfreundlich behandelt

Rauhallista majoittumista Limassolissa
Pros:

Uusi todella siisti ja rauhallinen paikka. Ystävällinen omistaja, muita vieraita ei juurikaan nähnyt tai kuullut. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

Cons:

Kauppa tai kioski ei ollut lähellä, mutta silti vielä kävelymatkan päässä.

Pros:

Beautifully renovated old building, renovated to a high standard and well decorated with great lighting and some nice little touches. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Was also helpful to be able to use the washing machine. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Appartamento molto funzionale e vicino al lungomare e al porto vecchio dove si trovano molti locali. Silenzioso e pulito. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile

Cons:

Piccoli dettagli. L'appartamento non era dotato di una macchina per il caffè, ma ha solo il bollitore. Poche stoviglie e una sola pentola per cucinare, forse servirebbe aggiungerne qualcuna.

Оооо, я даже не знаю, как вас убедить взять эти апартаменты. Короче, как увидите на сайте, берите тут же, ТУТ ЖЕ! Совершенно прекрасные апартаменты после реновации и ремонта, с кухней, душем, все новое, чистое, высокие потолки, и всё сделано знаете, со вкусом и с умом. Могу сказать, что нам повезло, кто-то снял бронь, мы тут же схватили и правильно сделали. Вам не захочется выходить, вам захочется там сидеть и валяться. Душевно, уютно, замечательно, отличное месторасположение - берите смело и прямо сейчас!
