Гостеприимный персонал - и парни, и женщины, которые поддерживают идеальную чистоту везде. Очень сытный завтрак, порционный, но вкусный и свежий. Удобная кровать и подушка.
В целом мне было немного душновато, но это на любителя, кто-то любит, когда так тепло. Ну и стоит предупреждать гостей, чтобы не шумели ночью. Стены в комнатках очень тонкие, слышно все, поэтому возня в чемоданах и шуршание пакетами - так себе затея в два часа ночи.

Super clean. and a lovely designed capsule rooms.
I felt there was enough space in the room, not just a bed.
It was little hard to find the entrance door but other than that, everything was good!
I appreciate the kindness of the staff. They were very helpful and very nice. The property is very near the usual tourist spots in the city. They let me leave my stuff for a bit after I checked out so that I could buy souvenirs. The facilities are also enough (free shower gel, free shampoo, free conditioner, free use of slippers, free cotton buds, etc.)
Everything is quite clean. The staff are helpful. It's centrally located in the city. I stayed several nights.
I don't have any complaints.
It's amazing place where in lower price you can have privacy during your travel. Low price I mean - this standard, help, hospitality and location should be more expensive because it is amazing. I was supposed to spend there 2 nights, and I booked a few days between my tours around Almaty, to come back there. I left also my luggage there to travel lightly. All stuff is very nice and helpful. Totally recoment that place.
That I couldn't stay there more because of my planes.
Only stayed one night, staff spoke English and were helpfull.Capsule was a good size, shared WC and Toliets clean, you could use washer and dryers free which was really helpfull, Central location
