Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful and checked me in even though it wasn't check-in time. The room was small but new, and very clean and tidy. The hotel is located in the center of Almaty, with restaurants and other amenities readily available nearby. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Отличное расположение — удобно добираться. В отеле тихо и спокойно, останавливаются иностранные гости, атмосфера приятная и культурная. В номере очень чисто и комфортно, завтрак вкусный. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Всё понравилось, обязательно остановлюсь снова !!!

В номере можно разместить картину, например с природным пейзажем — это добавило бы уюта )
