Book a higher end room as economy rooms may disappoint
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. Other than room issues, the facility was very clean. When we shared photos of the bathroom mold in room 402 the manager agreed to assign us a different room. The hotel was very quiet and secure. Very positive experience with all staff members. We had booked a second larger rooms for friends and it was much nicer, cleaner and had a shower door.

Cons:

We booked through bookings.com and had a room with significant mold growth on the ceiling of the bathroom, the AC controls were unreliable. The mold covered at least one square meter of the ceiling. as well as black mold in the tile grout. Even the new room had black mold in the tile grout. It probably would not be so bad if the exhaust fan was not controlled by the light controller and all power removed when the room key withdrawn from the doorway holder. There was damage to the walls from something being removed, but this was cosmetic. The desk chair was disgusting. There were stains of what I hope were spilled food but could have been bodily fluids. The lack of a shower curtain left the bathroom very we and probably aggravated the mold issue.

Horrifying, wish I would have taken more photos instead of running out of there so fast
Pros:

The photos on the website and the downstairs lobby? That was about the only thing nice in this place!

Cons:

I wish I could rate it worse or warn people away!! As someone who backpacks and stayed in hostels I’m really not a picky person, I’m used to communal showers and metal bunk beds, and I would stay in those any day over this hotel!! We ended up leaving and not even staying the night, and they refused to refund us! There was hair on the pillow, filthy walls covered in something (wall was right up against the bed) and holes above the headboard. There was an unknown (🤢) stick substance on the floor that we accidentally stepped in!! Not to mention stains on the chairs and dirty hairbrushes on the bedside table. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when we asked to switch rooms, they gave us one that had stains on the pillow that looked like mold!! The walls were disgusting in that room also, can’t believe this place had any positive reviews!!
