Room esthetics poor, hotel is not maintained, pathetic food quality, AC was not working although it was cold, main door lock was not working. Overall it's a total waste of money

Could have been opted for other places for stay at same cost.
Pros:

No complimentry breakfast was served. Parking was a problem. Even outside vehicles were not allowed without parking charge. There is no lift to go upside. It was really an issue, as my mom (aged 80) faced so many problems.
