Although booking in advance my room was unavailable when arriving. I was then downgraded however had to pay the same amount.

As for the downsides:

In two of the rooms, the electrical outlets were literally hanging loose from the wall.
In one of the rooms, the shower did not work, even though we paid for a room with a shower.
The walls are extremely thin — you can clearly make out what people are saying in the next room. They are made of drywall and have virtually no sound insulation. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

When we entered the room we found hairs on the bed and on the new sheets, cleaning wasn’t okay. Bathroom was smelling really bad and ventilation was covered with dirt all over and nobody cleaned it. Walls are so thin what you talk can be heard from outside so clearly and even when somebody walks you hear it so clearly there is no sound isolation. Rain shower was covered with rust and it was quite disgusting. Also door cannot be closed totally light enters the room from door all the sides of the door. Inside of the shower was really dirty. Ventilation (Central AC) didn’t work properly also we stayed for 5 days only for 2 days our ventilation was working properly. One day smoke came from our ventilation and we were almost sufficating because of the smoke that we had to leave the room.

1. A foglalásunk szerint egy szobát béreltünk saját fürdővel. Mikor odaértünk, akkor közölte a recepciós, hogy nem tudja a szobát átadni nekünk, mert a fürdőszobában szerelik a zuhanyt, másnap reggelre lesz csak kész. Ezt előre is megírhatták volna, szerintem nem tisztességes vagy egyenes csak ott közölni ezt, amikor előre tudtak erről. Ezután a recepciós azt mondta, a szobánk helyett tud adni egyet közös fürdőszobával, majd mikor rákérdeztem közölte, hogy maximum 200 som kezdvezményt tud adni. Ezt felháborítónak tartottam, tekintve hogy az a szoba sokkal olcsóbb. Végül felhívta a főnökét, aki azt mondta csak akkor tudja eredeti áron adni a közös fürdős szobát, ha lemondom a Bookingos foglalásom - miért nekem kellextra dolgokat csinálnom, amikor ők hibáztak? Végül jobb híján ezt tettem.
2. Életem egyik legrosszabb éjszakáját töltöttem a szobában, mivel a beépített légkondi olyan hangosan zúgott, mintha egy felszálláshoz készülődő repülőgépturbina mellett kellett volna aludnom. Sajnos mivel beépített volt, nem lehetett kikapcsolni, ezért kimentem a folyosóra aludni, a kanapéra, ahol viszont a hotel mellett futó négysávos út zajai áramlottak be.

Per nulla realistico rispetto alle foto. Ho prenotato una camera con bagno privato e nel water abbiamo trovato resti dei precedenti ospiti.

Personal ist fast umsonst da. Unmotiviert, keine Möglichkeit zur Entscheidungsfindung.

Δεν είχε κουρτίνες η παντζούρια, στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιήσουν χλωρίνη...κάνει καλό!το κλιματιστικό ηταν κεντρικο παγωσαμε και με ανοιχτο παράθυρο εχει παρα πολυ φασαρια απο τον κεντρικό δρομο μπροστά.Και ίσως λίγο προσπάθεια να μιλήσει το προσωπικό αγγλικά.

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja i brudna, idzie się pochorować. Łazienki i przyszycie czyste co prawda brak mydła przy umywalce, niestety personel trochę nie wie co się dzieje, wróciliśmy do pokoju o 17. Naszymi rzeczami spakowanymi pod drzwiami - ktoś myślał że mamy rezerwację na jedną noc chociaż zapłaciliśmy z góry za dwie i nas z pokoju wyniosł. Rzeczy porozkładane po pokoju zostały spakowane przez personel - bardzo dziwna sprawa. Na szczęście nic nam nie zginęło ale też nic nie mieliśmy.

Jedyną wadą, była płyta indukcyjna, która nie była dopuszczona do użytku.
