Bed, hot and loudly room
Место колоритное,красивый интерьер, красивые картины,подушечки на диванах,.все, в национальном стиле, видно, что дизайн продуман с любовью.
Недомытый номер, грязные межкомнатные двери,.клубки пыли вдоль стегн. запах неприятный какого-то резковатого освежителя, отвратительная шумоизоляция. О соседях слышно ВСЕ! Разговоры,ходьба по лестнице, просто поспать невозможно от смешения этих звуков.
Room was clean.
Beds were very uncomfortable and there was a vent that was very loud. There wasn't a bin in the room which was a bit annoying and the shared bathroom was unclean. Very hot no A/C.
Good value for money - ok beds, clean bathroom. Good for someone who just wants a place to sleep and shower.
The location is quite bad - walking from the center (Ala-Too square) is doable, it's quite a stretch. The AC in the room was quite weak, so we had to sleep with the windows open. This brings the biggest problem - the road outside was very noisy. While I had ear plugs, my friend couldn't get a nice rest - it was either too hot, or too noisy.
To be honest, there is nothing that we has liked. Yes, the price was cheap but with poor service. AC was not cooling properly. I would not suggest any couples or family to stay over here.
The property facility, AC and the bed quality was too bad
Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Amenity was well arranged including disposable slippers and razor. Common area is well decorated and clean.
soundproof needs improvement. Can hear music and conversation from both left and right rooms loudly the whole night.

The staff was not accommodating and had difficulty communicating in English. I was escorted to Room 3, where the main light was not working. Additionally, the power sockets near the table were not functioning. I informed the staff and requested that the lighting be fixed, but no action was taken. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay due to the lack of maintenance and poor customer service.

They gave me a second floor room, not an issue but someone needs to help with luggage atleast?
Air condition is central and doesnt work at all. Very hot all day long. When complained the reception said go to the end of the alley and adjust the temperature. Did that but still dint work.
La personne qui m’a accueilli faisait tout pour m’expédier le plus rapidement dans ma chambre, alors que j’avais des questions. Les toilettes des hommes du dernier étage étaient condamnées et personne ne m’a mis au courant.
La chambre était pas super propre (présence de cheveux dans les lits) et il y avait des araignées.
