It was a very comfortable and affordable stay
Pros:

Room was very spacious. The tiles helped to keep the room cool and the higher ceilings was nice. Air conditioning was very good. They have a laundry service next door and can deliver your washing straight to your room when its done. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Short walk from the Aeon Mall and plenty to see in the local area. I felt safe as a solo traveller at my stay here.

Cons:

Not much room in the fridges, only enough room for roughly 2-3 items per person. Bathrooms could be slightly more maintained.

Passable Stay
Pros:

Location is good and there are some nice cafes around

Cons:

The room was dirty and dusty, the wall was moldy, there's no chair in the room and I had to ask 3x until they gave me one stool.
I understand the price is affordable, but it would be great if they took care of the rooms and clean it properly

Pros:

The staff are nice and helpful. It is super close to ICE BSD... Like its only the other side of the road.

Cons:

If you guys can fix the drainage in the shower... It kinda flooded a bit whenever I take a bath (room 902)

Pros:

it was ok. near the venue i wanted to go.

Cons:

the door was hard to open. the shower is difficult to change so it's either too hot or too cold. quite loud as the place near a spot where many motorcyclists hang out.

Good for budget/backpacker trips
Pros:

The bed is big, can fit 3 adults or 2 adult 2 kids. The location is very near to ICE BSD, Kopi Nako and Aeon Mall. They provide towels and toothbrushes.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit rundown, could use an upgrade. Because the bed is big so there is a little to no free space to pray or open big luggage. Additional pillows are not possible.
