Not worth the money
Pros:

The location is good as in it in centre of of the town. Room is big and spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom was smelly.. No dressing table or a mirror in the room... The mirrow is inside the bathroom... I have to stand inside the smelly room on a wet floor to do my make up.. It was very inconvenient to do that.. Bathroom shower need repair.. . At night there was noice of birds.. I think its the front building... So loud until u couldn't sleep.. I feel like not worth the money..

Acceptable for a stopover. I would stay again, but not linger
Pros:

Only hotel in town, so very happy to have it. Decent price. Staffed front desk, courteous with good English. Clean large room with big window and balcony. Moderate walk from train station, short walk to bus station. Late night eateries nearby. Somewhat rundown town but walking at night felt safe.

Cons:

Hard to find on a side street. Suggest taxi to find it even if you know you are nearby. Taxi stand is next to bus station. Room was clean enough but hall carpets filthy, a shampoo would greatly improve the look, even if still stained. Entry through a parking garage, but well lighted.
