Cons:

We were at the As'Saafa hotel during November 2025. This hotel has a good location, but unfortunately the room was awful, with zero soundproof capability. You can hear every single noise from your neighbors. I would never recommend this hotel; stay there if you can tolerate a highly noisy environment.

- Le personnel de la réception (les deux personnes) est très aimable et professionnel
- La proximité du Masjid Nabawi (environ 7 minutes à pied)
- La propreté

Cons:

la superficie de la chambre double
loin des portes (13 et 17) destinées aux femmes ; l’entrée la plus proche donne sur les portes 4 et le Dôme vert.

Very clean and close to Haram
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room with a great bathroom offering bath amenities and towels
Complimented bottled water is offered every day
Many lifts in the hotel
It takes 8 to 10 minutes to go to Haram by walk

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is nice and very clean, new and close to Al Haram 10 minutes walk from Al Salam Gate, the receptionists Ahmed and Ahmed are very friendly and welcoming.

Staff Stole My laptop from the my room
Pros:

Location was good, it was clean.

Cons:

I forgot my laptop in the room's locker and when I realised few hours after checked out. I contacted the hotel through the messages as well the phone calls. They said they will let me know the tomorrow. I followed up the next day and they refused and said it was not found in the room. They stole my work laptop which has alot of my work files which has caused me alot of stress and issues. The hotel is not trustworthy.
