Our stay as a family was very enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable and happy with all services.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded which we appreciated very much. Location was ok but would prefer a bit closer to the Masjid Nabuwi.
Staff were very respectful and attentive to our needs, in particular Shahjalal. His attention to our stay went over and beyond our expectations

Cons:

I liked everything, but would have been so good if the hotel is a bit closer to the Masjid Nabuwi.

Great short term stay.
Pros:

Location is good. It is close to the Masjid. House keeping was caring and provided quick help and assistance.

Cons:

Laundry service is really expensive. There was construction going out side our room and that was very annoying. AC in our room was not user friendly.
