تصميم الفندق والغرفة جميله وواسعه والموظفين بالاستقبال تعاملهم راقي وطلبات الطعام للغرف سهله وقريب من مركز دار القلم والروضة

Cons:

الماء في دورة المياه لونه أصفر وطعمه متغير حديد مدري كلور لا اعرف غير نظيف لذلك ماعيد التجربة رغم جمال الفندق

Would like to thank the front desk staff Fuad and his colleague who checked me in. The hotel is close to Haram ....the price is pocket friendly but the service is exceptional. Will book again InshaAllah

المكان نظيف و قريب الحرم النبوي مشي على الأقدام اقل من 5 دقايق و احب أوجه شكري للإخوة : فهد الحربي و جهاد الجهني على ماقدموه من خدمات و الرد على كل الاسئلة بكل احترام وتقدير و المساعدة على توفير كل مانطلب. و لا انسي ذكر بعض الموظفين التي لم تحضرني اسماؤهم الآن و لكن كل الشكر والتقدير لهم. وسوف اكرر الزيارة.
