Friendly and welcoming
Pros:

I have stayed here before, and if I hadn't liked the place,I wouldn't have come back. Staff are great and friendly, breakfast excellent and with a great location what more could you want.

Great value, great beach location, homely vibe.
Pros:

I was after a resonably priced hotel, right on the beach. This was just that and also 'homely' and I was well looked after.

Cons:

WiFi kept cutting out, which cost me a fortune in data.

Zimmer für 2 Personen zu klein. Meistens hat das Internet im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Frühstück sehr mager.

For a short visit, it's perfectly fine to stay there.

Disappointing location
Pros:

Hotel is across the promenade from the sea

Cons:

Location, the hotel is NOT located in Fethiye. It is in Calis beach, almost at the end of promenade. Driving to Fethiye can be one hour and not because of the distance but the roadwork and traffic. And then you have to find the parking.

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer auf das Meer und konnte abends traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge geniessen, entweder ganz in Ruhe vom Zimmer aus oder gemeinsam mit anderen am Strand. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr flexibel und bot mir an, das Zimmer im dritten statt im ersten Stock zu nehmen, damit ich eine bessere Aussicht habe. Das Zimmer war zwar recht klein, aber für eine Person völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt viele Gebrauchsspuren, Defekte und leider auch einige Schmutzflecken im Zimmer. Das Duvet war nicht bezogen und zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.

Im Restaurant unten arbeitet ein Mitarbeiter namens Er... . Leider war er im Kontakt unsympathisch, unfreundlich und abweisend arrogant. Ich fand ihn sehr unflexibel, und die Kommunikation mit ihm war schwierig. Er ist mir sogar einmal einfach mit einem fragenden Blick davongelaufen, ich weiss bis heute nicht, was sein Problem war oder warum er nicht mit mir sprechen konnte.
Aber er hat ganz sicher nicht das Recht, seine schlechte Laune an Gästen auszulassen.

Красивый отдых в Фетхие.
Pros:

Понравилось расположение отеля, прям на первой линии возле моря. Очень удобно было ходить на море купаться. Завтраки очень вкусные, спасибо персоналу ресторана Puls. Вечерами играла живая музыка, проживающим в отеле скидка на еду и напитки в ресторане 10%

Cons:

Единственное, что показалось неудобным, это отсутствие лифта. Если вам тяжело подниматься по лестнице на 4.этаж, то в этом отеле просите поселить вас на нижние этажи. Въезд на парковку можно было бы починить, так как там резкий перепад высот. На Ламборджини, боюсь, будет не заехать.

Pěkná restaurace, ve které byla i snídaně v tereckém stylu.

Cons:

Jednou brzy ráno nás probudil strašný hluk, nějaký generátor a přestalo to až kolem oběda, velice nepříjemné.
