Good stay and good staff
Pros:

Decent stay and nice staff. Convenient for touring nearby temples. Food options nearby are great and the staff was helpful in providing recommendations.

Never ever - most filthiest place ever experienced!

The only clean spot was the bed and the room size was acceptable.

All surfaces in the room were covered with dust and dirt. (I cleaned them myself as I could not stand all this dirt)
The two towels were stained with dirt and rust. After claiming to get fresh ones the receptionist was reluctant to change both. Only after insisting that we would not put up with it, both towels were changed.
The receptionist demanded the rate for the entire stay at our arrival and told us we would get the receipt at our departure. After refusing this way of handling, the receipt was issued.
The bathroom mirror was full of stains.
The bathroom fixtures are in poor condition - stained and rusty. The toilet was disgusting - obviously never cleaned properly.
This accommodation lacks cleaniness and maintainance to a high extent.
We have travelled India many times but luckily never came across such a filthy place.

I don't think I will stay here again
Pros:

Its very far away from railway station but central to shops and eateries.

Cons:

The rooms are poorly maintained with spider web and dust all over the room. It looks like daily cleaning is not being done or even after customer vacates the room.
