Everything, the staff was not friendly at all. They charged extra on water bottles. No room service, no wifi working, no phone in room, no nothing. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel

They have not provided complementary breakfast.

Cons:

Payment first before checkout. Room are fix for oyo customer, bad bed sheet, blanket, TV not working. No soap.
