У нас был поздний заезд в 2 часа ночи. Когда я зашла в номер я была шокирована что остыть была в пятна. порванна

Абсолютно ничего

Cons:

Во первых персонал на ресепшене в тот вечер был очень невнимательным и грубый.
Во вторых в номере было ужасно грязно вплоть до постели!

Абсолютно ничего не понравилось.

Cons:

Во первых не понравились номера в отеле.Мы забронировали два двухместных номера.Номера были в удачном состоянии везде пыль и грязь,простыню в пятнах и порванная,карниз сломанный а занавеска тоже не понятно в чем испачканная.В такой номер вообще нельзя заселять людей,надо его привести в порядок .Мы заехали поздно ночью и не было сил и желания уже искать другой вариант.

Завтрак был вполне приличный!

Cons:

Отель очень уставший. Я бронила на одну ночь за 9.000тг, с меня сняли 15.000тг. Не знаю почему, может я что-то не допоняла в приложении. Стены в отеле очень грязные. Окно выходит в чужую стену. Персонал не идет на контакт. В целом отель раздолбанный. Не советую останавливаться здесь.
