Beautiful place, I would stay again!
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful, the garden is an oasis and well taken care of. The staff are kind and helpful, and they are able to book you tours/experiences. The room is cozy and clean and I slept well.

Cons:

Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast daily, so it's a gamble if you are able to buy breakfast in the morning.

Pros:

Todo perfecto.. Queda a tres cuadras del parque. La habitación es cómoda. Colchón y almohadas aptas para un buen descanso. También podés tomar un buen café. El jardín es precioso y el fuerte del hostal. Y la atención de María y Daniel super amables, informan sobre los posibles paseos con una sonrisa siempre en su rostro. Hermosa estadía. Muchas gracias!

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here and Juayua in general. It is a really nice town to spend a night or 2 at and enjoy some local culture. Staff were very nice and helpful..helped arrange waterfall tour for me which was much appreciated. I was nervous about parking as I had a rental but there are plenty of places on streets nearby to park for free. Would recommend!

Pros:

Perfectly located for the seven waterfalls tour in town. Literally a 2 minute walk to the meeting location. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and the place was very clean.

Pros:

The best place to stay in Juayua. Perfect also to make a tour to the seven waterfalls. The hotel organizes the tour with the great guide Eri. Breakfast ist delicious. We liked it a lot.

Great hotel in a charming town.
Pros:

Maria was such a delight. She made our stay so enjoyable. She was so helpful in booking adventures and her staff did an outstanding job maintaining the property. Our room was very clean, comfortable and private. The use of a shared kitchen was much appreciated.

Cons:

Our first night (Saturday) was extremely noisy due to a pack of stray dogs outside the hotel. They barked all night long. There is really nothing that the hotel can do about it - just part of the "charm" of Juayua. Having earplugs came in handy.

Enjoyable stay in adorable town.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. The courtyard is so inviting. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. There is no AC but it is not needed as it cools down nicely at night. The community kitchen was very much much appreciated. Maria provided excellent service, helping us with the Waterfall and coffee tours. She was always so cheerful.

Perfect stay in Juyua
Pros:

We loved the beautiful garden, a perfect place to relax. The room was spacious, Maria and the other staff were very welcoming and friendly. Maria helped us organize a guided tour to the waterfalls. Breakfast was great. The hotel had a lovely coffee shop.

Cons:

It was quite cold at night, more and bigger blankets would have been great.
