A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

-Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. -Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed for resting, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There’s only one toilet in the property. It’s not the best idea to have only one considering there are many rooms.

L'emplacement, la simplicité a trouver

Cons:

Le personnel qui s'occupe du ménage n'est pas vraiment bien former. La salle de bain était vraiment sale, le micro-ondes vraiment écœurant nous l'avons laver, plein de moisissure au plafond des salle de bain .
Une gros courant d'air dans la chambre et pas de couette .

Cons:

Que para tantas habitaciones solo había 1 water, el otro estropegado, el aire estaba muy bajo no se podía dormir del frío, pedimos que lo subieran y me dejaron en la puerta una colcha. Las sábanas limpias pero en el conjunto y los wc, podían mejorarlos de aspecto.

Para ir sola: Ideal!!!!
Pros:

Es para viajar solo ya que tiene el lavabo y el WC en la habitacion sin puerta. Las duchas compartidas estaban muy bien y nunca tuve que esperar. Tienen una heladera y microondas comun que te resuelve la vida. Sola vuelvo sin dudarlo!

Cons:

Podrian ponerle una puerta aunque sea corrediza al baño para ir de a 2. Pero ya estaba avisada. Asi que por mi, muy bien

Ubicación excelente, relación calidad precio buena.

La ubicación y la habitación que nos tocó, con balcón a la calle. Precioso

Cons:

Los baños compartidos, tenían moho por el techo , las duchas , al ser compartidas (2 duchas y un vater entre las 20 habitaciones que hay más o menos ) dan algo de apuro.
Entiendo que uno de los vater estaba averiado, pero un vater para tantos huéspedes me parece una urgencia como para que quede solucionado ASAP.
