The apartment was love, very clean, safe and comfortable, our only complaint was in such a modern apartment block there was no usb charging sockets, our solution was we were able to charge our devices using the tv usb socket, apart from that its was a great base, and if you wanted you could cook and eat in.

Pros:

Unterkunft ist neu, modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Gebäude vorhanden aber wahrscheinlich nicht ausreichend. Lange sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gute Anbindung. Schlecht: Kommunikation nur per E-Mail, zum Check in ( Kopie von Ausweis) nur im letzten Moment vor Ort. Wenn die Gäste vor Ort von eigenem Erfahrung vor Ort nicht erzählt hätten, keine Chance im späteren Abend gewesen. Keine Personal vor Ort.

If you book last less than 48 hours notice
The virtual checkin is a pain especially when on expedia they have a poland phone number that when rang is in polish and then hangs up
Went to address and had to get someone coming out to open external door to get at the board to ring swiss phone number
Would be better to have virtual check in straight awaywhen you book
Plus board on external door not hidden behind stair railing
Otherwise hotel isgood

Pros:

Brand new. Well located to transport options and not too far from the centre.
For the price it was well worth it and a nice stay.
Warm at night but with fan running was ok. Needed to close the windows to keep out the street noise. It was super quiet and dark when windows and external blinds closed which was very nice.

Pros:

Check in process is terrible. Took over an hour after arriving to recieve the code. Then called to get parking and the representative stated their system was down and that parking was "probably full". After finding that all parking garages nearby close at night we called back and the next representative was able to give us parking. The garage was COMPLETELY empty. Apartment is brand new and nice but not in a great area.
