Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to the many points of tourists' interest especially Shree Mahalkshmi temple and many others. Breakfast was moderately good. Meal was of superb taste and quality. Behaviour of staff was generally prompt and polite. We felt quite at home in the restaurant because the manager of the restaurant was quite courteous and friendly with excellent hospitality. I would like to stay and eat here again.

Cons:

We could not get hot water for bath and it was not even lukewarm. Cleanliness in the restaurant was not satisfactory and inside it was a bit gloomy. Eating place should have been more hygienic. The hotel management should show a little more willingness to improve services and helpfulness.

Don't go. Food facility is not there. Worst restaurant 😕 they will tell you they will provide the breakfast but it's really worst they are taking breakfast from outside. So that you will not have breakfast. Absolutely not for value for money.Don't go.

Pros:

The ambience, the cleaniliness, the facilities of the hotel was very good. The staff are cooperative. The location is very good. It is between the railway satation and the temple.overall it was a good choice of hotel.

Cons:

We were charged 700 for early checkin which i think could be complimentary.

Shaving kit is also being charged extra. I felt it was slightly overpriced.

The breakfast was good. The dinner was average. We ordered veg kolhapuri and did not like the taste. Dal tadka was more watery as compared to punjabi Dal tadka that u get in restaurants.
