Pros:

Me agrada el lugar donde está ubicado el Hotel. A pesar de que alrededor hay mucho ruido. El personal muy amable. Si una sugerencia para el desayuno: preguntar a qué hora bajas. El espacio es pequeño para tantas personas, entonces se produce una aglomeración. Y hay que esperar "que se desocupe una mesa" Las damas que atienden son muy atentas y pedían disculpas.

Cons:

Esta vez la habitación tenía la ventana sólo cortina gruesa "que no cerraba bien." No son cortinas black-out (de manera que no pase la luz exterior de los faroles del patio) Las sábanas estaban con unas manchitas. No había bajada de cama (alfombra) Y a pesar de que hay calefactor. En el closet no había frazada para las noches frías.

séjour agréable et personnel serviable et souriant
Pros:

Bon accueil et merci au personnel qui a pu trouver des solutions, suite à un pb lié au paiement par CB sur place.

Cons:

il aurait été plus pratique de pouvoir payer avec la plateforme Booking si possible

Es un hotel totalmente sucio, el aseo de la habitación es solo estirar la cama, lo más desagradable es el estado de suciedad en las puertas, tienen un citofono solo para adorno no funciona, un ventilador pequeño hasta con telas de araña. Solicite limpieza en la habitación tres veces , la respuesta fue ok NO SE PREOCUPE, LO SOLUCIONAREMOS, nunca lo hicieron. No es mi primera vez en un hotel y nunca me había tocado uno tan cochino. Las fotos publicadas están muy lejos de la realidad. Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios, para que otras personas no caigan en la suciedad.
