The location are very good near the beach and the center. The clean are verry good

I didn't like that the first night I arrived I was alone and the guy at the reception tried to scam me with 50E he tried about 2 times and the third time he pretended to have lost a 50E note. On the last day I checked out and I had taken a water from the reception and I had 2 bills I am convinced that the same guy charged me

La oscuridad de la habitación.

Hice la reserva por Booking, por lo tanto el precio ya está fijado como parecían las condiciones del alojamiento, sin embargo en la recepción, la persona que me atendió intentó pasarme otro precio que eran al menos €80 de diferencia y cuando le rebatí por tercera vez, recién ahí soltó el papel con el precio alterado y cogió uno que sí tenía mi nombre de la reserva.
Además llamamos por teléfono para reservar un taxi y querían cobrarnos €30 por persona desde el aeropuerto al alojamiento, lo que me parece escandaloso. Cuando desde el aeropuerto por lo general no de te cobra más de 15 o €20 en total (1500 o 2000 CVE de moneda local). Por su puesto acordar el precio antes de subirte porque lo cambian según te ven.
Las instalaciones necesitan una puesta a punto. El baño tenía manchas por todos lados, la pared de la habitación también.

Pros:

Everything was fine. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Simple but tasty breakfasts.

Cons:

If you’re a light sleeper, rooms with a seaside view that also overlook the roundabout aren’t for you.
