Fully renovated in 2023, Relax Sozopol Hotel is located directly at the sandy beach in the Budjaka area of Sozopol and offers an outdoor pool. Free Wifi is available in all rooms and common areas.
Dining Options
The hotel has a restaurant with a terrace opening to sea views that is opened from 08:00 until 22:00 o'clock. In addition, a-la-carte breakfast is available at the property. Hotel Relax Sozopol has a private parking onsite with limited parking spots available free for premium room types. However, we can arrange a parking spot for your car for a fee of 20BGN per day, per car. Additional parking spots are located 50m from the hotel. All air-conditioned rooms open to full frontal or side sea views and have a flat-screen TV. The rooms are reachable by elevator and daily maid service is provided. Small breed dogs up to 5KG are welcomed in the hotel. There is a fee of 20BGN per pet, per day, should be paid upon check-in.

Чистотата на банята беше под всякаква критика.Закуска и паркинг би трябвало да са включени в цената,но за наша изненада се доплащало на место.Мястото е доста овехтяло захабено а снимките на хотела са не реални😫
Закуската би могла да бъде по-скромна (по количество) и по-евтина (съответно).
Заедно със съседите да се търси решение на проблема с паркоместата. На празното място до хотела засега виреят само бурени!
Харесахме настроението и екзотиката, които носят интериора и екстериора. Много приятно и красиво място. Локацията е чудна с това, че е до плажа. Басейна също е чуден и шезлонгите за лежане правят преживяването много отпускащо. Доста тихо беше. Стаята има климатик и леглото беше удобно.
Може би мястото за паркиране е по-неудобно, но все пак го има.

I appreciate the friendly staff, especially helpful for our late arrival. I liked the nice view and small pool with comfy seating arrangements, as in the pictures; Relaxed music at the pool and a very stylish reception. Sadly, I appreciated the Lidl nearby to buy breakfast.
The worst part was that the shower was leaking and we had to use towels to mop up the floor. Black mold stains around the shower edges. I didn't like the breakfast which included a long-life Mini-Croissant and the "fresh fruit" were two thin slices of peach, a slice of melon and a few grapes that looked as unappealing as the peach and melon, which had been cut and prepared well in advance. Most other guests didn't touch their fruit either. The friendly staff though didn't seem to mind. The "salad" part of the breakfast was a bit of iceberg lettuce with balsamico. Sad. Go to Lidl instead.
When I booked this hotel, one of the main reasons was the advertised free parking. To our surprise, upon arrival we were told that parking is only available for VIP rooms and guests. In Sozopol, finding parking is almost impossible, so our disappointment started right away.
Both our room and our friends’ room smelled strongly of cigarettes and something old and unpleasant. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading — they only show the VIP rooms. The standard rooms we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures and were in very poor condition.
The bathroom was clogged, and when my friend asked if it could be resolved, the staff said they would “try but don’t promise anything.” Even worse, when we returned later, her room key had been left unattended on the receptionist’s desk, where absolutely anyone could have picked it up. This felt completely unsafe.
I honestly don’t have words for the level of cleanliness, service, and overall experience at this hotel. Dirty, disappointing, and poorly managed. Please save your money and choose another place — you’ll thank yourself later.
Expectation: free parking ✅ … Reality: VIPs only ❌
