Generally good but no hot water!
Pros:

Clean and a good range of breakfast elements.

Cons:

There was no hot water for most of my stay. Apparently the engineer was called when it was discovered in the early morning but had not turned up by later on in the afternoon.

Cold water, cold room.
Pros:

The location is ok, easy to park and relatively central.

Cons:

When we arrived they told us there was a problem with the water heater. No hot water and no guess as to when and if it would be fixed. I asked if it was possible to cancel my reservation but was informed that a refund was not possible, only option would be t change the dates (Not possible for us as the rest of our route was already planned and booked). We stayed but that night there was still no hot water... in the morning we tried again and the water was working.
The air-conditioning was noisy and didn't heat up very much, even with the extra blanket it was a cold night!
Mold in the bathroom could have easily been solved with a bit of bleach.
Obvious humidity problems on the walls.
Balcony dirty, basically a big puddle with no furniture, lucky it was to cold to want to use it!
TV with only the 6 free channels, just my luck, a wet and stormy day and the first time in ages that I stayed in a hotel with no cable TV!
Just past 6 some alarm started, not for long but twice and enough to wake us up.
The breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Estadia muito agradável e tranquila!
Pros:

Pequeno almoço excelente, com muita variedade e muita simpatia por parte dos colaboradores, em especial da D. Teresa.
Foi muito bom para os mais jovens ter ao dispor o ginásio!

Cons:

O único reparo menos positivo é acerca do ar condicionado do nosso quarto, que não aquecia o suficiente, mas houve um esforço imediato para tentar solucionar o problema.

boa localização, mas os colchões são desconfortáveis o que propicia noite mal-dormida.
Pros:

As recepcionistas são simpáticas. De manhã, quando me queixei que o chuveiro tinha borracha danificada, arranjaram o chuveiro rapidamente, substituindo-o.

Cons:

Os colchões super- desconfortáveis. As almofadas desconfortáveis. O ar condicionado faz barulho sem estar a uso. Ouvem-se os barulhos da canalização dos quartos vizinhos. A zona do chuveiro transbordou água pois tinha ausência de borrachas pedantes. O ginásio cheira a humidade e as máquinas estão com falta de manutenção, parecendo até perigosas para manuseio.

Boa, dentro das limitações do espaço.
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço bom, mas o pão não era fresco e não era reposto todos os dias. Limpeza razoável, rápida e executada no período da manhã. As vezes faltavam toalhas de banho, que não eram repostas. A piscina boa, mas com poucas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis para todos os hospedes que quisessem desfrutar da mesma, o soalho flutuante ao redor da piscina, está levantado, o que faz com que existam alguns "acidentes". Nomeadamente, os hospedes graúdos ou crianças, acabam por se lesionar no mesmo.
