Hotel bello e pulito, a due passi dal centro di Levico e a 10 minuti dal lago, colazione top dal dolce al salato, molto gentile la ragazza in sala e anche alla reception.

La struttura è molto curata le camere comode e pulite ottima la colazione benissimo l'accoglienza all'arrivo e ottimo il check out con i titolari e i dipendenti sempre presenti

Pros:

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza di tutto lo staff e dei proprietari, la presenza del meraviglioso Lillo:-) la mascotte dell'albergo, un cane di piccola taglia dolcissimo. La colazione è ampia e variegata, e offre opzioni vegane e senza glutine già di per sè, come può essere la frutta, piuttosto che il salato e bevande vegetali, e in aggiunta anche biscotti, corn flaks, muffin alla marmellata fatti in casa, e sicuramente dimentico qualcosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto, moltissimo, l'empatia, la cordialità e la gentilezza di Margot, addetta alla colazione e al pranzo. Abbiamo anche avuto l'opportunità di pranzare al ristorante, poichè ci siamo trovati nel giorno di apertura per la stagione estiva, e siamo stati molto soddisfatti, mio marito ha preso una pasta fatta in casa divina, e anche io, nonostante le mie allergie e intolleranze, ho potuto deliziare il mio palato. Un luogo in cui ritornare.

Pros:

La colazione buona ,ben curata, staff gentilissimo.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per tutti i servizi disponibili.

Cons:

Migliorerei solo la finestrella del bagno della camera, di notte se uno va in bagno ,la luce è molto forte. Per il resto tutto bene.
